What’s not to love. Quality ingredients, great staff, and an extensive menu. We make this our every Friday fish day during Lent. Walleye or Cod sandwiches or meals never disappoint. Oh yea butter burgers absolutely my favorite fast food burger. We love the online order curbside pickup. Beats the lines inside and at the drive through every time. See you again this week

It was about 6pm on a Sunday evening.. There were 3 registers. 2 were busy. We went to the empty available one. It was the center one.. The lady behind the counter said nothing to us. How are you, what can I get you……nothing. My husband started giving his order. He had to repeat it. He Indicated he wanted a medium drink. She proceeded to take a cup and slam it down in front of my husband. He said “There’s no need for that. ” She said what…he repeated it and showed her how she slammed it down. She said nothing. Sorry, I didn’t mean to…..nothing then took my order. Then gave us our order number tent to put on the table. Never said Thank you or anything. We have gone to this one many many times and have never been treated so rudely. Not sure we will go back to that one. 2 others are not that far from us.

Great customer service and the food was delicious! I haven’t eaten at a Culver’s in a long time. I tried the grilled chicken salad with cranberries and blue cheese and had a some cheese curds. I was impressed by the salad. Definitely ranks above other fast food salads I’ve had. It would have been nice if the cucumbers were cut up instead of large slices and the chicken was in large chunks too but i was able to cut it all to bite size pieces so not a big deal. Everything was fresh and my curds showed me some love ❤️.

My friend Connie, her family and I decided to have Culver’s for dinner. When we got there, it was like a sauna inside. No one greeted us. Everyone just stood at the registers waiting to take someone’s order. They didn’t even mention anything about the air conditioner not working. We ended up going outside to eat even though it was still somewhat hot. At least we still had a nice breeze to keep us somewhat cool. This is not the first time their AC has broken down. They really need to get their AC fixed ASAP!

I’ve been here twice, and the food has been great both times! The first time we came, there was an older blonde lady (who I assume was a manager) behind the counter that was basically yelling at the cahsiers in front of a bunch of customers. It seemed very unprofessional, despite all that the other workers were all extremely nice and friendly. The second time we came, there were no issues! Everyone was super nice and patient as well!

This was my first time here and it was great. I went through the drive-thru and only had to wait about 10 ish minutes before getting my food. Which I know sounds long for a drive-thru, but when you consider that they cook your meal once you order it that is not bad. I got the mushroom swiss burger and it was great! I also loved my onion rings, and the cheese curds were good too (just a tad salty) but really good. As well as a concrete with oreo which was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Oh my. I always love Culver’s, but we stopped for a semi fast bite to make it to the nephew’s first varsity game. I picked the “second lane- credit card only” thinking I’d get a good place in line. I watched 11 or more ppl come and go before the girl texted my order in, got a response, and we got our food. My first thought for dinner qwas Red Robin, but to save time, we came here. What a mistake. This was literally a 25-minute “drive thru.” Then the order was incorrect. Culver’s, if you’re going to use tech, please know how. This is abysmal. Were you out of abacuses for order entry?
