Ordered ahead. . They were so helpful and accommodating. I wish I asked the lady working name, she was delightful. The food was great. I am not a fan of fast food .. This Culvers is consistently great as far as chain/fast food.

Culver’s is always 10/10. Gotta love the butterburgers, and chicken tenders. 🙂

I was 3rd car in line. I ordered 1 hamburger with tomato, mayo, pickles, and extra onions (on the side), no cheese. I was number 61. After 10 minutes the nice Latina lady runner who seems to always be working there explained to me that 62 was made twice but 61 could not be located. So she went back in after verifying what I had ordered. She seemed to be the only one in the store concerned about this. After another 5 to 7 minutes the nice Latina came back out with my order. She apologized once again and offered me a cone for my inconvenience. I declined but she was the only positive part of this experience and proved to be a fine representative of a questionable store whose quality has gradually declined over the last 12 months or so. At home, upon inspection, the onions were present, but the mayo, pickles, tomato were lacking. These people charged me $.30 for a partial tomato top. I would think that maybe you would want to make the burger properly knowing that the customer had been waiting so long. Maybe the griller could be trained to ask him or herself, “Would I pay $4.37 for this monstrosity?” Gimme a reason to come back because you’re just one of many burgers places around now.

EVERYTHING about our visit to the Culver’s on Big Bend was AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING!!! I almost wasn’t going to leave a review because I was telling my bf that they probably get plenty of good reviews, so what is another one? I quickly decided that, starting with the staff, the entire experience DESERVED A 10 STAR review!!!

My husband drove through with my 3 young kids, all sick with the flu, and waited 30 min, watching every car behind him go by. It was a $64 purchase. I finally called, explained the situation, and asked if we could be compensated for being forgotten about, and the compensation was coupons for next time we dine in. Not only that, but in the end, they didn’t even include our 2 salads or half our sides.

The lady at the front counter was super rude and ended up handing me someone else’s bag for my DoorDash pickup. It was NOT my order. Giving 2 stars because the meal WAS good but not what I ordered.

Last week I tried Freddy’s. I was in the neighborhood so I wanted to refresh my memory of Culver’s. Tasty burger, good fries and onion rings, good frozen custard shake. So Freddy’s for the prime rib burger. Steak N Shake or Culver’s for burger, fries, and shakes. Culver’s does have a very diverse menu, probably more than either Freddy’s or Steak N Shake.

My family and I had a great experience. Food came out fresh and hot the ButterBurger and fries were on point, the restaurant was clean and the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. One of the better-run Culver’s locations I’ve been to. Definitely coming back.

Holy Moly. This has been the best experience of my entire life. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker, Scott greeted me with passion and an enthusiasm I have never been graced with before. What a guy. He took my order like an absolute pro. I mean really, you’d think one couldn’t possibly be THAT good at manning a drive-thru but Scott just took the entire cake in one fell swoop. What a guy. He even put my sticker on my side mirror himself. What a guy. And to top off my Culver’s experience, Scott delivered my order with the same passion and enthusiasm I had been deprived of for the three minutes I spent waiting in line. What. A. Guy. Give Scott a raise. Baller.
