I had an amazing meal, absolutely 5 stars. Decided on getting the scoop of the day, as it was a new flavor I never have seen. Upon ordering it, I waited much longer than expected. The amount of a single scoop was not where it usually was, not for the $3.25 I spent to get it.

Such a nice Culver’s! They took their normal great experience and ramped it up. I got the limited time pub burger and oh my gosh, the best burger I’ve ever had at Culver’s. The double drive through lanes are a nice touch when they’re busy. The staff was extremely friendly. Good was fresh and brought to the car very quickly. I’d definitely recommend this Culver’s

This is one of the best Culver’s I’ve been to. The staff always stand out for being cheerful, polite, and helpful. Wish they would remind me of the Senior Citizen discount more often, though, cause I’m getting old and I forget about asking for it myself, lol. Great place, always bright and clean. We’ll be back. (Please bring back the Walleye, lent’s too short.)

More than 30 minutes in the drive-through line, after 20 minutes, they came out and said they lost our order. Really really bad experience but they did apologize profusely so of a management system issue I guess.

The service here is absolutely appalling. The employees are bored and look half asleep. Uniforms are completely soiled, often with crumbs, the employees are generally rude, and the owners often stop business to chat with friends for 20+ minutes. Food can take 45 minutes or more to deliver, and it’s even worse if you’re waiting on drive through. The food is bland, undercooked, cold, gray, and just disgusting. The only consolation is that the root beer is good. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: ordered a burger, it was cold, ordered a remake, came 20 minutes later, was cold.
