I bought three double burgers and paid an extra $0.70 to upgrade my fries from a medium to a large. After only a 5-minute drive home, I opened the bag and saw that the fries, while hot, were nowhere near a large—honestly, they looked more like a small (see attached picture). Paying more and receiving less is frustrating.
This was also the first time my wife and I had your sandwiches and they were cold. The cheese was barely melted, the bottom bun was cold, and there was almost no grease at all. Normally, your burgers are hot, fresh, and juicy—this time, the grease was so cold it actually stuck to the roof of our mouths.
We usually enjoy your food, which is why this was so disappointing. It really felt like there’s a big difference between eating at the restaurant and taking the food to go, and unfortunately the takeout quality did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect. Im very disappointed. Do better!

12/25 – Back again so joined the rewards club. Butter burger was good, crinkle fries aren’t my favorite, but might be yours.
11/25 – I can’t remember any other restaurant having Kleenex in the bathroom . Not why I was here but surprised me so had to mention it. Also noticed at this location an overly friendly staff, smiling, greeting, just felt good to be here. Meal was typical culver’s, but it was the staff here that will bring me back.

Culver’s is a delightful spot on the map! The ButterBurgers are a must-try – juicy and flavorful. The frozen custard is a sweet treat that shouldn’t be missed. The staff is friendly, and the clean, cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to enjoy a tasty meal.

Service was quick and workers were friendly. The restaurant itself was busy, as to be expected around a lunch rush, but I got my food pretty quickly despite the amount of people. I tried a sample of ice cream an employee had brought around. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger, and it was pretty greasy, but still good. Overall a good, quick experience. Looking forward to coming again.

I ordered a fish sandwich and got a tiny, crusty greasy. When I returned it I exchanged it for a burger that was also greasy and cold….They gave old food and not the fresh advertised.

This Culvers is also another trash store. We just ordered the jalapeno chz curds and fish sandwich. The fish sandwich came out with no top bun and out of two cheese curd orders none were jalapeno. They did remake and offer a free value basket we’ll never use. Thank god these ppl aren’t brain surgeons.

A unique fast food chain that offers a wide variety of sandwich choices (burgers, fish, chicken), traditional dinners (cod, pot roast, chopped steak), salads, soups, sides (crinkle-cut fries, onion rings, cheese curds, mashed potatoes, green beans) and frozen custard shakes and mixers. The food is hot and tasty, but not the cheapest option. This location has generally friendly service but they seem to be a little sloppier in their sandwich assembly. (But to be fair, the sandwich I ordered most recently had some kind of bacon jam on it that probably defied neat assembly.)
