Stopped by this Culver’s for a quick treat for my Granddaughter and I!! Our favorite!! A Strawberry Sundae, below what we received after paying almost $7 for both. I expected for it to match the price is all.

Waited over 45 minutes for custard we ordered in the drive through. Finally went inside and asked for an update and was told “to go back and wait”
Went back in after ten minutes and was told “we were crazy held up inside” which is fair however we watched every car that had driven up and ordered after us get their food and leave the line.
There were also highschoolers (I’m assuming as they all looked to be in dance attire) climbing all over the booths and kids running around without shoes on.

Only thing that needs changed is the drive-thru. Instead of having people pull to the right and blocking through traffic, you should mark the curb by your sign and have people wait there for any overflow. You got this. I believe in you to be better.

Culver’s on University in Peoria is stellar. The entire staff are incredible. Management should be commended. I’ve been a weekly customer for years now and never had a bad experience. Thank you.

Our favorite guy culverized the line bringing us warm food and an upbeat attitude! He even said that we had pretty smiles, which is what I was thinking about the kind woman at the window!!

I placed an order for 4 ice creams as I left prompt care with my son.I ordered for “CURDside” because my son busted his foot and can’t walk and I don’t like leaving him in the car alone.I checked in online as soon as I got to the store which happened to be the exact time the order was promised. We waited five minutes, my son was restless and asked me if I “checked in” in my email, so I checked in via email and via text, because I’ve been ignored before in the CURDside spot.Still another 5 minutes go by.Another car pulls up and an employee comes out with a handful of bags and looks between the two cars.I roll down my window and say, “that’s not mine, I’m waiting on ice cream.”He delivers it to the other car and goes inside, I wait another 5 minutes thinking for sure he’s checking for my order before locking my kid in the car to go in and get my order.I was greeted with “what do you need?”When I said my order, they (couple of young guys) got snippy and said “I need the name.” I gave them my name and they all spun around looking like they had no clue, then said I think it’s that one.The response was “we didn’t see your name pop up.”I explained that I checked in three ways and they kept saying “sorry, your name didn’t pop up.”Then they handed me half melted ice cream.I don’t pay your ridiculous prices to get attitude and melted ice cream.

I don’t understand what is so hard about cooking a corndog without burning it. This is probably the fourth time this place has burned my son’s corndog. There was a time that I went in to show them that the corndog was burned and they burned it again the second time! On top of that, this is the third time in a row my order has either been put in wrong or cooked wrong. People are not spending their money to have their food look like this. They need to get it together in the kitchen! The workers need to know that it is NOT ok to send food out this way!
