Had Culver’s today and it was really good. The food was fresh and tasted great, and the lady who took my order was super nice and welcoming. She was very helpful and made the whole experience better. Staff was friendly overall and service was quick. Definitely a solid spot.

I’m so disappointed with my recent visit! I’m from out of town and have been here a few times with my mom. I’m not sure I want to go back after today! I will say that Shilo who took my order was very kind and efficient. However, the young girl that brought my food out was very rude. I haven’t been in the drive thru before, so after I ordered at the hut I wasn’t sure what I did next. I paid and had a number, so I assumed I parked with the other cars. When the girl brought out my food and handed me my drinks, she said “Next time try to stop at the window.” Her tone was quite mean! I was shocked. There was definitely a nicer way to say that. On top of that, I’m upset with the portions. I paid almost $30 for our meals. This wasn’t a free scoop of custard, I paid for it. So why is it so small? And I feel like I was skimped on the cheese curds as well. Just an upsetting experience today.

Really impressed with all the young kids working and how kind they are! There are a few that are working their tails off and it shows. I am amazed at the support of the community showing up. The food is also delicious, tables are always clean, and food hot and fresh. Been there twice!

We ordered a pick up order and didn’t receive all of our food. We have never had an issue ordering from Culvers before. Upon calling the restaurant, Lavert the store manager took my phone call and offered to make it and have it ready when we got back. Eva was so sweet at the window and so was Lavert. I appreciate how hard you all work and your positivity!

Not sure what has changed, but the quality seems to be slipping lately. I used to never look at the food when I picked it up, but now I have make sure nothing is missing and if I got the right items. Today we got 2 double pub burgers. Both buns didn’t taste fresh, the meat was overcooked and barely any lettuce (wish they used lettuce leaves instead of the cheap chopped stuff). One of them was missing a patty and had no tomato or pickle. One of the worst burgers I have had in quite a while. Started out so good when they opened, but seems to have gone downhill lately. Not sure if I will be in a hurry to go back at this point.

I really don’t want to be a jerk. I’ve worked service industry most of my life but I sat there and waited for 10 minutes for a simple cheeseburger. Nothing on it while people came in and went. Several orders have been missed and maybe it was the changing of the guard but when I pointed out that I’ve been standing there for like 10 minutes waiting for my food. They just said sorry and here is your cold food. Not the general experience I would expect.

Plenty of free handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. Sraightforward, easily understood menu. Our orders were taken quickly, we got our drinks and found that all the available tables were clean and ready for the next customer, thank you! Our orders were out quickly, correctly and hot. Thank you again. Quiet and comfortable we enjoyed our meal and when it was over the trash cans weren’t overflowing. The windows, doors and floors were clean and well cared for. The drink station was also clean and well stocked although a nice young lady was struggling with the Dr Pepper dispenser nozzle. We had a good time and will be back. Thanks again.

The fries had so much salt on them, unfortunately it’s never in between with your fries, either no salt or way too much. Burger is saturated with way to much ketchup and mayo and lettuce also feel like you guys put half the onion on the burger or the bare minimum. Then the ice cream one scoop vanilla with Sprinkles and when I mean you guys literally put a quarter of the container of sprinkles on it you did. This Culver’s is so inconsistent it makes no sense.
