All of the waiting staff was extremely patient and kind. The kitchen crew did a fantastic job on salting my onion rings as, I asked for extra salt and they were the perfect combination of extra salts but not too salty where you can’t eat them. They also did a fantastic job making my burger. It was warm made correctly. They didn’t put the onions on there like I had asked for and it was just an overall really great experience. I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Ordered the Walleye sandwich meal with fries and cheese sauce. Got home, no cheese sauce. Walleye sandwich was soggy. No crisp. Breading was just mush. Like it wasn’t cooked long enough. Just fell off the fish. The guy who brought it out was nice, but the other employee bringing out food acted like she didn’t want to be there. Gave off a bad vibe. Only 3 cars there. 2:30pm is hardly peak time. So I paid $15 for a soggy sandwich and no cheese sauce. Not happy. Very disappointed. What is so difficult about making sure what is on the receipt is in the bag? From reading some of the other reviews, I’m not the only one that had problems with quality control and missing items. I don’t get it…..

I can’t complain about how the food tastes, but they need to do something about the quality control here. Consistently I am not getting what I am ordering (either missing items or replaced items we did not order). I don’t visit during peak hours, so I find it hard to believe that my order is consistently wrong. Maybe it’s on me and I’ll have to check every time, but it does take the convince out of ordering like other places have.

Comfort food!! I like Culver’s meals & salads. And their French fries are outstanding! Not like those wimpy fries at other places!! Where else can you enjoy a good meal AND get dessert??!! Yum!!
Didn’t Culver’s have things on their menu in the past such as Roast Beef, Potatoes & Carrots as a meal? I thought so & it’d be nice to see them again on there!

Google maps keeps wanting an update on my experience. Well how about this? My Piece of Fish was put in this tiny container. And they were not busy only the drive thru. I went in to watch a lady practically laying on the counter. I know only 2 people waiting but what a ” Disgrace” to see!! UPDATE Kevin The Manager was there today and I was able to get my order correct and I was also buying for a neighbor and he took exceptional care of our orders. I understand that he can’t be there a the time but I appreciate when he is there ! Once Again Thank You Team Culver’s for making my cod fillet order correct. And today we went to The Carriage House for treats for these special people! Happy Father’s Day Kevin and To The Other Father ‘s!

Honestly hate leaving negative reviews but my recent experience is quite a bummer. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, 1 was spilled upside down in the bag with the toppings all over inside the bag, the other had the texture of a rubber chicken – I took 2 bites and had to toss it out. I reached out to them and they said they were shipping out a coupon, but I never received it; it’s been 4 weeks. I contacted Kat, who I had recently talked to via email to let them know I never received anything and got no reply…very odd considering their service is normally top notch. Maybe next time will be better? Idk
