Great friendly, professional service. Clean and well kept facilities. Grilled chicken sandwiches, fries, and broccoli was delivered to our table fresh and hot. The chocolate concrete mixer was served to a point it was melting into a chocolate soup fast. I brought this issue up to the staff and they quickly resolved the problem.
The shift working appeared to be a well-managed, efficient team because they were fulfilling several orders at once for the drive through.
Plan on eating here again next time we’re in the area.

The guy running the register was fantastic. Knew the menu, super friendly and seemed like he was pretty happy to be there. Typical culvers food , it came out fresh, quality and hot delivered to the table. The only reason I dinged it, the lobby was pretty dirty. Culvers prides itself on clean restaurants and for not being in a lunch or dinner rush this place was not the cleanest.

From forgotten coffee when I bring my 100-year old grandfather out of his house and all the way into the restaurant – to incorrect toppings, and other minor things that aren’t worth a single bad review by themselves.
I understand the helpfulness of having a local business give jobs to A LOT of high school age students – but if no one is running quality control checks consistently across shifts, the result is what we are left with.

update: Thursday, July 31st, problem has not been resolved . Visited this location again , ordered a DELUXE with everything no ketchup and received smashed bun, two dry patties and ketchup. refused to give me information so I can contact owner.
friday 25 , 11 am… this location has been great in the past (other than the fizzy pop that isn’t sweet) , and we go to Culver’s for the service , quality and consistency. now, don’t ask for extra sauce or no ketchup on your burger, because you will get a gallon of sauce and extra ketchup. this is the second time it happened within a short period. what if someone was allergic to the thing they ask to omit? I used a napkin to remove some of it (see photo) . i’m afraid of what else will happen to my food back there. I’m sad for all the other hard workers that are doing a good job. i’m beginning to think that this is a trend with Gen Z. you ask for something basic, with a reasonable expectation of customer service, and it’s nothing but disdain or indifference. I hate complaining , Especially about one of my favorite restaurants . oh well, I can just go to a different one with adults working

Normally this place is awesome. Just got hit with a completely undercooked burger though. Not the most enjoyable bite of a burger I’ve ever had but everything else was solid.

I just bought a fish dinner for my wife. When I got home, the fish was burnt and filled with oil. Cost…$18.95! I can go to the Butterfly Club in Clinton and get a fish fry for $18 with better food! You’re supposed to be fast, not highest quality but cost less than a sit down restaurant. You cost More, worst quality and poor service.

It’s been awhile since we’ve been to Culver’s. They always have a long line. Today was no different but we decided it was worth the wait. We had a spicy chicken strip basket and a veggie burger basket. We added a mint shake and a chocolate sundae with fresh strawberries. Sooo good!
