If you’ve never been to the Dixon, IL Culver’s then you might be missing out on the most exceptional (ever. single. time) service from a fast food joint. Not only is the service excellent but the food is always better than you expect it to be. Do you know what the craziest part is? Over the past decade, they have NEVER screwed up our order up or missed adding something. Never. And we have a family of 6 with particular orders! Do yourself a favor and visit the Culver’s in Dixon.

Usually has e great food but today’s burger was not fresh,looked like left over from lunch at 3 in the afternoon and fries were cold as well. I should have taken it back ,but didn’t feel like driving back into town since I live out of town. Guess ill have to check all future orders .

First time super friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Service was quick. Pick up orders and go, no dining at this time due to the city was close due to pandemic. Known for a meal, especially “Butterburgers” I had a salad, which was freshly made and grilled chicken sandwich. My sandwich was on the bland side, it needed to be seasoned and I did not like the bread too buttery. My friend had one of the special “Butterburgers” that she stated was fresh beef, moist, tender and well done with much love.

I’ve noticed the customer service here going down lately more and more. Between being handed the ticket that they usually place on my window so I can do it myself and then not being told. Have a nice day or thank you after I tell them to have a nice day and they just ignore you. Yes it’s a very frustrating. Spending this kind of money and then receiving a sandwich that looks like this. My cheese was not even melted to my sandwich on my pub burger… it’s sad because this used to be my favorite place to come get a quick bite

Asked for a small chili and they said we only have a medium. I said that fine. So I got charged for a medium chili and got barely half a cup ..smh ..LoL
It was super busy and for whatever reason my lady bagging the orders kept skipping over mine. So I went to the restroom came back she skipped over it again and actually got chili for somebody else who ordered after I did and so I went to my car and got my phone and waited so long and there was nobody standing there waiting and she still wouldn’t bag my food and she actually asked someone else to buy it for her I’m not from here I travel for work I have no clue what this lady’s problem was but my food was cold I had to pay for a medium chili they only filled it half full a little over half full and we’re just rude except for the one guy who bagged my food after somebody finally asked him to but I saw him on the other side picking up garbage and putting cabins in and then went around to go pick my food up without washing his hands so you know it’s all good working on the immune system today

Almost the typical perfect Culver’s experience to be expected here.
Everyone was friendly and the meal was outstanding! However, they only had one person at the register and I think this may have been the longest I’ve ever had to wait to place an order and this was at 7:30 at night and there was not a huge crowd.
I wouldn’t have even pointed out if it weren’t excessive because I always want to give Culver’s the benefit of the doubt. They really seem to go out of their way to make sure that they hire good people and their burger is outstanding… IMHO the only one that beats it is five Guys…
Update: another first for me and that they actually made a mistake on my order. Very nice young man at the counter but apparently he didn’t hear me when I gave them instructions for my burger… Not a huge deal but this is literally the only location way I’ve ever had any issue at…

I have enjoyed the flavor of the Culver’s menu, but have not really been a fan of the price tag that’s associated with it, so it isn’t a regular stop. Today however I feel extra slighted on the value of my grilled chicken sandwich. Lay a quarter in your palm and that represents the chicken portion in relation to the bun.

Top tier fast food restaurant chain. Burgers are fresh and delicious and cheese curds are super tasty and crispy.
Chicken tenders are great and their custards are absolutely the best.
Onion rings and fries are pretty good overall and I would highly recommended!!
