Worst experience I’ve ever had here. I ordered the BBQ burger single patty, with cheese fries, and a large drink with no ice. I put the order in for carry out and had a little notification pop up saying my food would be ready by 12:29. I say “I’m here” at 12:28 and don’t get my meal till 12:42. I live less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant, my fries are freezing in the middle, I have A LOT of ice in my drink, no dipping cheese sauce, and my burger is smashed together with all the toppings dripping off one side. I don’t expect much from fast food, but I do think a restaurant that pats themselves on the back for the quality care they out in their food shouldn’t let this slide. Where’s the quality control in your kitchen?? What manager looked at my order and said “yep that’s perfectly acceptable to sell”?

The food was excellent the hamburger was excellent good taste, flame broiled, lettuce tomato, pickles, onions and ketchup. The only negative thing was the staff was hanging around the area where the prepared food comes down the slide and it sat there while they were taliking or messing with cell phones. We could have been gone already 3-4 minutes ago. If you are done with your shift leave the area!!

My friends and I placed our mobile orders in at like 6:05 and headed to the restaurant for curbside pickup. We clicked “I’m here” at about 6:10 and ended up waiting (and we put a timer on) for over 20 minutes and no one came to bring us our orders. So, we went through the drive through and told the person that we were still waiting for our curbside order (mind you there was no one in the drive through at all) and once we got our orders, we could tell our mixers had been sitting on the counter or something for a while since they were melted quite significantly. Skip curbside if you go here and go directly through the drive through.

As always there’s a wait at Culver’s!!! Whatever you’re waiting for is going to be delicious and I’m ok with that! What I really like about the Culver’s by my house is the energy. There’s always kids running around and they all seem to want nuggets! It’s just fun and funny! The service is always friendly and they seem to be a “team.” Everybody’s talking and it’s all order stuff! Oh yeah, they brought a bowl of soup to a t lady sitting outside at a table! At a table. Outside. I see you Culver’s!

I recently had a very terrible customer service experience at this location. A month prior I had called about an ice cream order I received that wasn’t good and was told I would get a new order next time when I shared my name, which we told the girl at the speaker. She told us to pull forward & thought we couldn’t hear her anymore. Her mic was still on & she said “he’s lying on God”. So we pull up and they didn’t have record of our name from the messed up order & we were called liars. I paid for the ice cream because it’s not a big deal to pay $13 again but whatever it’s $13. I’m more upset at the fact that they have employees working there that call customers liars. The manager did not handle the issue very well and did not apologize for his employee calling us liars. Very disappointing over 3 little scoops of ice cream.
