The custard is amazing here! There was a generous amount of toppings that are added in the concrete mixers. I would recommend the Oreo, or peanut butter with PB cups! Also love the pretzel bites! The price is average and affordable. The service was quick and staff is friendly!

i ordered one custard. i understand it was busy but it took over 30 minutes in the drive thru and then i had to go inside and wait even longer… i watched people with BAGS of food get their stuff before me. i’m a manager at another location and would never handle my store this way. do better

We love Culvers but this was not our usual quick stop. It started when we placed an order on the app, which I think is meant to add a level of convience to your experience. But when placing the order there was no choice to pick it up at the drive through window or curbside. So after I placed the order, my intention was to drive through with my kids in the car, and I pulled up to the speaker and told them I already placed an order on the app. I ended up going back and forth with them on whether they were going to let me get it in the drive through or not, as they said people who place orders on the app they require them to pick it up inside. They also said they cannot have it ready for another 10 to 15 minutes, which I said was fine. I was polite and said I would get out of line and wait and then drive back through, but they were just not nice about it and confusing like they were unsure what to do with me. I’ve just never heard of this policy or see why it had to be such a thing. Then when we got our food, it wasn’t even that warm, normally it is plenty hot. Our add on side of cheese sauces were half full, not full, so disappointing. And the new macaroni and cheese they gave us was not good at all. And we rarely don’t like a Mac and cheese. They were weird at the drive up window too, like I could hear and see them talking about us when they went to grab our food. It was just a disappointing experience overall, we prefer our local Culvers over this one.

Very clean place. The gentleman that took my order was very respectful and pleasant. I ordered the curd burger. It was very cheesy and the build of it was spot on. As far as the flavor it was ok. Needs a bbq sauce to take it up to a wow factor. The sandwich itself is bland. Once I put on the sauce perfect. The crinkle cut fries were cooked perfect.

My son is by this location near their closing time often and is always forced to go to McDonald’s instead because nobody ever stays at this location until 10pm. It’s Sunday night, 09-21-2025 and at 9:50pm it was closed and there wasn’t one car in the parking lot. When I worked at a place that was open until 10, you offered full services until 10. You cleaned up and organized AFTER open hours. I’ve also noticed they start cleaning up the custard machine very early as well. If you don’t get there by a certain time their “concrete” mixers are more like a milk shakes and that’s if you can still get one. They still seem to have a problem with ketchup and mustard as well. If I get a quarter sized serving on a sandwich I feel blessed most of the time. Is there a Ketchup and mustard shortage I’m not aware of? I won’t say it’s an easy job but it isn’t extremely complicated to add condiments to a sandwich. It’s not just this Culver’s. It’s most all of them with the Ketchup and mustard. I don’t get it. My coworkers and I frequent Culver’s locations all over the Chicagoland area and have resigned ourselves to getting extra condiments on the side. It’s a waste of extra packets but it’s the only way to ensure you get what you want. I used to get the Pork Loin sandwich. It’s my favorite but maybe 1bout of every 5 times they get the toppings right so I just stopped asking for it. Anyway…
The bottom line for this review? Don’t list your hours until 10 pm if you don’t intend to have full service or anybody there at all for that matter, until 10 pm.

Clean restaurant and always very friendly service. Food is tasty and there is a good variety to choose from. Great root beer at the pop machine also, and they even have Mello Yello!
Good amount of seating indoors and nice that they have outdoor seating as well.
Burgers and Buffalo Tenders are in my opinion the best options on the menu, and their Boom Boom Sauce is tasty on just about anything. Excellent Cheese Curds as well.

I generally like Culver’s, however, the drive through is ridiculously slow! It took 30 minutes from the time we got in line, to the time we received our order! I won’t come in the evening again!
