Had a great first experience at the new Culver’s. The place was packed. They provided good quality food in a timely fashion with very friendly employees, met all the expectations I’ve come to expect from them. So glad to have them in the community, they are going to be a go to place and will do huge business at this location.

I went there today and went through drive through, they rushed me along and didn’t give me my drinks. I had to circle back and get them. When I got home and took a sip, my SWEET tea, tasted like cleaner. And the drinks were only partially filled. This was a horrible experience.

I have eaten at Culver’s many times…I am from SW Florida and I frequent Culver’s often.l’ve eaten at the Culver’s in Yorkville..Until now I,be never experienced a crispy butter burger..So overcooked it was unrecognizable as a Culver’s burger.I will be contacting their home office to make sure that they train you to prepare the sandwich properly.. Hopefully this is a case of growing pains.
