I went there just to want 25 minutes for my food just to get a refund. Asked for the bun to be buttered and toasted and they said they aren’t allowed to do that because the bread is gluten free. I told them specifically it’s fine you can toast and butter this one because I’m intolerant not allergic but he was like no. I got a refund when I asked for it but I feel cheated out of my time. Why didn’t you just tell me no when I ordered why did you make the whole order and make me wait all that time just to tell me that’s not how it’s done. This is where you get the best fast food in my opinion. The cheeseburgers are fresh and delicious and a surprising second is the cod dinner that has the best crispy coating. We come here often and are never disappointed.

I’m so disappointed I waited 30 minutes on the curbside pick up. I went inside and my order was already ready, but the workers never brought it out to me! My food was cold I had to microwave it at home.

Unfortunately raw burger. Wasn’t edible. Went at 12:14 p.m. 3/27/24. I’m not local, couldn’t come back. Very sad. I’d rather wait a bit longer and have hot food/fries somewhere else then come back. Sad day. Trying to get through the drive thru line without dealing with quality. It seems quantity over quality rules here.

Major shout out to everyone that works Culver’s you guys are truly sitting in the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer service. Love the fact that you always get some Culver’s custard when you do a little surveys on the bottom of the receipt same deal with getting the kids meals you get a free scoop kids love that it’s a little disappointing that you have to collect 10 of the tokens to get the points to get a toy.
The food is exceptionally delicious. I mean everything on the menu is just absolutely good. I like that. They always change up like the flavors of the day so you can get something different. They always seem to keep the restaurant very clean and orderly. Good selection of drinks good variety of different custard that they have ready on hand and pint size.
Love that you guys accept the mailer coupons like the coupons that come out in the mail so you can get kind of a better deal for a value basket.
I highly recommend trying the fried shrimp the jumbo fried shrimps the pretzel bites and the cod sandwich are all really good as well as the bacon deluxe, double and instead of getting the regular fries, you should always try getting it as chili cheese fries, and ask for the little bit of sour cream on the side, cause it really makes like the whole dish just pop.

Gave this location 2 trys and im done. Ordered my butter burger basket paid and got my number placed on my car door, waited 20 minutes, got home 5min away my food was cold and saltier than me right now. Too expensive for this.
