I’m not a fast food kind of person, but my mom and I had never tried Culver’s before. I must say it does beat McDonald’s, but nothing will ever beat McDonald’s fries. The girl at the register didn’t know what she was talking about. I feel like when you’re working at a restaurant or fast food chain you need to know exactly how the food is made and what’s on it and she didn’t seem very knowledgeable. She was super nice of course. I ordered the bacon deluxe butter burger, and it was pretty good. I also really liked the cheese curds. Probably won’t come back for the food, but I will definitely come back to try their custard!

I ordered a double cheeseburger deluxe meal with fries and a drink. Everything was hot, fresh, and made to order. The staff are polite, friendly, very hard working, and always get your order correct. Ate at the Culver’s in Homer Glen, 12712 W 143rd St, 60491, on my lunch break. Ordered a single deluxe bacon burger and the limited-time Mac & Cheese. The burger was excellent as they usually are at Culver’s. The Mac & Cheese on the other hand was subpar. It had essentially no flavor; I tried to give it multiple “chances” before speaking with the staff but it didn’t change or improve the quality of the Mac. I was told by an employee that it is normal and is also what she experienced when trying the Mac & Cheese. I did not request a refund and ultimately tossed the rest of my side.
I was disappointed with the response and it felt like the staff didn’t take the opportunity to ensure I was satisfied. This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever been to Culver’s where the experience WAS NOT a 10/10 and I’m hoping this encounter is just an outlier.

Definitely a unique fast food restaurant with menu items you won’t find at other chains. First time having a butter burger and it was certainly tasty though a bit messy. Had to also try their flavor of the day frozen custard which was turtle something and it was quite good. It’s a bit pricey though.

Drive thru is completely terrible. Half the time if you don’t check the order on the screen, it is entered wrong and you need to correct them. Half the time you don’t get what you purchase in your bag. Highly recommend you either check your order for EVERY item, or just pick another Culver’s. Unfortunately this is only one close to our home and our daughter loves the food. Once again tonight, third time this month, we are missing an item and I am so tired or paying for thing I don’t get.

Go if you like your orders to always be wrong. You would think that Homer Glen is such a nice town that this Culver’s would be great. I have never had good experiences every time I came here. We were excited when they first opened but every time our orders are wrong. I mean every single time. Thought I gave them a chance, nope, still wrong. Let’s try again, nope, still wrong. Well, at least I gave them multiple chances but NEVER again!
First time they did not give me fries when my Burger meal comes with fries. Second time I wanted a fried shrimp dinner with onion rings and they were out of onion rings. Third time I went there and my mushroom swiss double burger with grilled onion did not have swiss, mushrooms, or onions. So I called back and they said to come back for it the next time. I didn’t get my shrimp dinner either and they said that it was only the burger that they were willing to give me.
Today after 2 months I want my burger back because they owe me a burger and I also ordered two shrimp dinners. It didn’t come with dinner roll and they said oh I’m sorry we’re out of dinner roll. How is that my fault that you are out of dinner roll and didn’t substitute anything for me. I practically have to beg for a piece of bread that usually comes with my meal that I paid for. So they gave me sourdough bread instead but they only gave me one piece. So I had to go back and ask for another piece because I ordered two shrimp dinners. So if you say, oh I’m sorry I’m out of burger, does that mean I paid $10 for just some fries and a drink? Absolutely unacceptable. Let me know what the substitutions are. Not just oh I’m sorry we’re out you’re basically SOL. Get the hell outta here.
