Amazing service and the food was top notch. We received our order promptly and everything we ordered was perfect. We were greeted by Mia as we entered the store, and she also brought our order to our table. She was wonderful.
I wish more fast food establishments worked to achieve this level of service. The store was spotless, and the atmosphere was inviting. Not something you can say about most other fast food establishments.

I ordered the Culver’s double cheeseburger with cheese, pickles and grilled onions only. I upgraded my side to a medium onion ring and I got a Diet Coke for my drink.
My meal was hot, fresh and very tasty. Drive-thru service was friendly and efficient.

Used to a big fan of Culver’s. Honestly was the only fast food I actually liked. But the last 2 times I have ordered food from there have been very disappointing. Both times my burger was incorrect. Honestly just seems like the quality of the food has even gone down. Very pricey as well for what your getting.

I’m glad I decided to eat inside instead of carry out which I usually do. I ordered 10 piece shrimp dinner and received only 6. It was only few minutes before that I ordered, but the girl must have not believed me because she went back to check my register receipt. I had to ask for butter and utensils. It’s a good idea to check your order before you leave (especially if carry out), because order received is often not accurate. I like to go here occasionally, but feel good is average restaurant

Placed an order on the app for curbside pickup, got there and tapped “I’m here” and waited 15mins after my scheduled time for the food. Had to send my husband in to go check on it as 3 other people pulled in after us but got their food and left before we did. After getting the food, I should have doubled checked it, so that is on me but when we got home I was missing my chicken sandwich. Very frustrating to not only wait longer than expected but then to drive home and realize your missing food. Called the store and was placed on hold for 7mins before I was able to talk to anyone. The manager seemed sorry and I told her my husband was on his way back to get our sandwich to which she said to ask for her and he will get the sandwich and some coupons. She tried to make it right but it is the fact of the matter that now the rest of our food will be cold and the fact that we had to drive back out there to get our food when it should have been right in the first place. Employees need to take their time and ensure orders are complete and accurate before sending them out. It seems to be an issue at this location with either orders wrong or missing items. Very frustrating and a waste of our time. Will be sure to double check everything if we order curbside from here again.

The bacon butterburger deluxe with cheese is the greatest thing ever! The crinkle cut fries are tasty–did you know you can sub that out for mashed potatoes w/gravy? Cheese curds are awesome, so is their house root beer. Get the flavor-of-the-day custard! Drive thru is pretty fast and staff are mostly friendly. This isn’t the best Culver’s around, but it’s still really good.

I stopped in for a lunch bite, and I’m so happy I did. I had the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger- highly recommended for those who aren’t regulars at Culver’s. The employees were very professional and kind. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and comfortable too.
Don’t forget that they are known for their ice cream too; they even have a flavor of the day!

I have came to this location since they opened. Unfortunately over the years the service has gone down. Drive thru is ALWAYS forgetting something and when you return they act like I have 3 heads. Store manager Tony does make it right unfortunately a little too late.

Out of the times that I have gone to Culver’s everything had always been great one time there’s a bunch of young kids working. I ordered chocolate shake with extra syrup and I got a cup full of syrup. I was just a little disturbed by that but other than that, it’s always been a pleasure
