I cannot say enough wonderful things about the employees at this Culver’s location. I accidentally jumped the curb and got my car stuck in the drive-thru. Not your average lunch trip.
Every single employee I interacted with was unbelievably kind, patient, and helpful. No one made me feel embarrassed or stressed. They were calm, compassionate, and genuinely caring throughout the entire situation.
It’s not often you encounter that kind of grace and humanity, especially during a busy shift. Their professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a terrible day into something oddly heartwarming.
THANK YOU to the entire team. You made a lasting impression, and I’ll never forget your kindness.
P.S. The chopped steak dinner was still amazing, as always!

Culver’s is great , obviously, and I’m not one to insist people smile buuuuuuuut some workers look my tenders were their childhood pet chicken. I get it, times are hard but dang, lighten it up a bit. I’ll still come back tho….maybe

My mom and I came here for a quick bite before we headed back home to the city. She was really excited to eat from here because my brother always raved about how good the burgers were. She decided to get the cod sandwich and it was honestly terrible. The whole thing was smothered in tartar sauce and the cod was so oily. The entire sandwich basically fell apart from all the grease and sauce the bread had soaked up.

They mess up my order without fail every time I come here. This most recent visit they gave my order to someone else. The drive thru takes forever even without any cars lines up. Never had a problem with the food quality but the service is just awful.

I wish I could give zero stars, but the minimum is one. I went through the drive-through this evening to get some ice cream. I ordered a hot fudge shake, which came out as thin as milk. I would not even call it a shake. I also ordered a two scoop flavor of the day. As they handed it out the window it was obviously a one scoop. I reminded the girl that I had ordered AND PAID FOR two scoops. She looked obviously disturbed, took the one scoop away from me, and returned with two scoops. I left in my car and got home to eat it. It was a plain chocolate ice cream. It was not the flavor of the day. No candy, nothing. This is not the first time that this Culver’s has tried to hand me a one scoop cup of ice cream when I have ordered AND PAID FOR two scoops. And they never want to give you your receipt, ever. Probably because they know there is a survey on the receipt, and they do not want the corporate offices hearing the complaints about this place. I tried to go here for flavor of the day last week as well. At 7:30 PM, I was told they were out of the flavor of the day. Tonight, after the watery shake and two scoop cup that was definitely not flavor of the day, I called the restaurant and asked for a manager (very Karen-y of me, I know). I got a sing-song-y return voice on the phone, as if I was being made fun of, and was then placed on hold. I waited five minutes before I was hung up on. This location should be closed. New fast food restaurants have opened in the area and they are obviously doing better than this Culver’s. Maybe that is why their food and service has gone downhill. They are trying to save money by ripping people off.

Went thru the drive thru around dinner time, and service was fine actually rather quick, all things considered. However, my burger was overcooked and dry, the bacon was more like beef jerky, and the fries were undercooked. A very disappointing experience. There is an Arby’s and a McDonald’s very close by this location that I will be visiting instead from now on.

I love Culver’s but this location has seriously gone downhill. Every time I come here, my order is either wrong and they act like I’m bothering them for asking for them to remake it when I have food allergies that could kill me so I’m not being picky, I just don’t feel like experiencing anaphylaxis today OR like today, I order online for curbside, park in one of the designated spots and wait 20 full minutes for my order before going through the drive-thru and then once again acting like I’m inconveniencing them for asking for the food I pay for. It’s either horrible attitude or incorrect orders at this place, pick your poison I guess.
