The people that work here are ignorant! The last 2 times I ordered from here my order was wrong! This time I stood there watching my food sitting there getting cold while the manager took care of all the drive thru orders! When I said something he got an attitude with me and even tried to get me to take the cold French fries! Then he whips them in the garbage can and tells me I can go to another Culver’s all nasty like! Don’t worry I’m never setting foot in that place again! 0 stars for customer service! And I’m a senior citizen that’s how they treat old people it’s sad!!!! Like I said I’ll go to crystal lake location I never have any problems there and the employees aren’t rude!!!

Service is great, but what happened to the cheese curds? They taste terrible last few times I got them. Need to reformulate the recipe. Everyone has curds now, and they’re all better than Culvers. Cmon Culvers. Do better!

This is an excellent Culver’s location! Friendly, polite, courteous staff and the food quality is superb. Becky, one of the managers, says hello to me by name and has my salad order memorized lol. It’s just nice to get that family restaurant feeling in a chain establishment. Love eating here

All I can say is, Where’s the beef? We have always loved Culver’s and was delighted that there is one nearby now. We were there around 3:30 today. I ordered the mushroom burger value basket and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and a malt. I am not one to complain but I was shocked to see how small the burger was and it was quite greasy along with the watery mushrooms. What a big disappointment.

We ordered a bacon deluxe, cheese curds, and chili cheese fries for pickup. We went to pickup the order. We went home to discover there were no cheese curds. We went back and let them know we were missing our cheese curds, and asked the teenager working there if she could also give us a free onion ring since we went all the way home and then found out. Our food was already cold. She turns to repeat to her coworker “um the customer says he wants his cheese curds that were missing and also a free onion ring” her coworker makes a face. They all call for a manager. The manager says yes we can have free onion rings, he was nice. But all the other people behind the counter very clearly did not care at all. They did not understand why we were upset or wanted to be compensated for our wasted time. It’s not about the cheese curds but the lack of care in service. We order from this place all the time and the food isn’t cheap. The least we could get is some basic entry level customer service and not an attitude and confusion in response to a simple issue.

It happens. Irritating but it happens. Went drive thru… ordered a double with cheese and mustard only, fries and a drink. I’m sure the girl was doing her job when she asked if I’d like to make it a value basket. Well sure. She then changed my order to a Bacon Deluxe. Comes fully loaded with everything I did not want. I ordered bacon cheese and mustard ONLY. I can’t eat mayo. Ok. No biggie. Scrape it all off. The burger was cold and the cheese was almost refrigerator cold. 2 pieces of bacon… usually there are 3… and it was not cooked completely. Barely a handful f fries and it was supposed to be a LG fry. I got a small. Now I am upset. And here’s a kicker… the drink they give you right away before they send you to park. I took a swallow… pure carbonated water. No syrup. Walked up to the drive thru and handed it back to them. Try it again folks. They promised to have it delivered to the car with my order. That didn’t happen. Had to get out go back in and get my soda. I still like culvers food and will still eat there but dangit it fellas ya make it tough.

I love Culver’s and usually never write reviews because they have always been great. However, I took my nephews today and they both got cheeseburger kids meals, with a custard, and one got a smoothie, the other Dr Pepper. Immediately upon receiving our purser the smoothing had a long hair inside of it and we were missing our Dr Pepper. So we go back in to have the smoothie remade as well as get the Dr Pepper, all good. However when the boys continue to eat there is hair in one of their cheese burgers, quite literally mid bite! At that point everyone throws their food away because we were simply grossed out. Working in the food industry, hair nets should be mandatory. I wouldn’t visit this location again, the one in mchenry or even fix lake are much better.
