We visit culver’s often. For work, we are all over illinois and wisconsin. First visit ever to this location, bought a family size cheese curd. I will start by saying we order this and family size fries frequently from other Culver’s, so we know about what you should expect and get. Order at this location only had about 20% the amount you should get. about the size of a small/medium. Asked cashier, she just looked at me another cashier walked over and said that’s all you get. Will not return.

My family and I visit Culver’s at least once a week we absolutely love it! Unfortunately, we’ve noticed a recurring issue during our late night visits. The gentleman working the drive-thru often seems to overlook parts of our order. For example, when we request add-ons, we’re charged for them but they don’t always make it into our order. It’s disappointing, especially since we’re frequent guests and truly enjoy Culver’s otherwise.

I’ve visited many Culver’s Restaurants over the years. This location since it opened over five years ago is easily the best. Zach, Don Ramiro, Sweet Brenda, Brandon and the rest of the team provide superior service every time. The food is fresh, the restaurant spotless, and the atmosphere is consistently welcoming. So I’m finally leaving my very first review for a Culver’s venue and after all these years, definitely comes out on top over some of the most popular mass franchise burger joints with the likes of McD’s, BK, Wendy’s, etc.
Culver’s is possibly the fastest growing of any popular fast food chain, dining areas are always clean/sanitized, menu is extensive with still reasonable prices & better than the 3 burger joints I mentioned and customer service reigns supreme over just about any fast food chain out there.
Burgers + frozen custard are a statewide tradition in WI and I’m glad this awesome franchise is spreading across the rest of the country. Food is always delivered hot & fresh to you with a smile and truly Culver’s is at the forefront of customer service.

They really care about your experience here! As a person who eats gluten free, Culvers is a fast food staple since they offer gluten free buns. Only downside I have experienced, is that the burgers come with no condiments. After years of asking for ketchup and mayo to be added to the bag, I would say 90% of the time it would be forgotten at other locations. I’ve just kinda settled into the fact that I’d have to put toppings on when I get home. Not only does this location put plenty of ketchup and mayo in my bag without me even asking, they also steam my gluten free bun in its bag. It’s something that seems so small, but it really makes all the difference to me. This is by far the best location I have been to.

First time here as Culvers isnt in NJ. It was so fresh and clean. Ramiro was so nice and helpful with deciding on what to order. Will be coming back after the Navy graduation. Come to the east coast!

Ordered three cheeseburgers for my kids and they were raw inside. When I brought them back and showed the manager on duty he said they were not raw and that I should ask for them to be cooked well done next time. I’ve never had to ask for a THIN Culver patty to be cooked well done in order for it to be cooked completely! Horrible customer service coming from a supposed to be manager. Whoever was on the grill can’t cook. Will never eat here again. Pictures of the raw insides of burgers attached.

I came in to get my kids ice cream with there coupon they get from a kids meal. I went ended up ripping the wrong one off and had the tokens instead. Julia (assistant manager) was absolutely great with service and I appreciate all that she did. Even the other workers were so nice and had great customer service. I’m definitely giving a review with 5 stars!!
