The. best. EVER!!! Run, don’t walk, when you try this new bouji spot!! The new rave around this block. The food is phenomenal! Culver’s is literally the best! Their ButterBurgers are a game-changer – that fresh, never frozen patty, the soft buttered bun, and the secret sauce? Chef’s kiss! And don’t even get me started on the cheese curds… crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and always served with a side of that sweet, sweet love. Plus, the frozen custard? It’s like a party in your mouth! Whether you’re a flavor of the day kinda person or a classic chocolate cone lover, they’ve got you covered. The service is always on point too – friendly staff, speedy eats, and a clean vibe. Honestly, what’s not to love? Culver’s has my heart (and stomach) . If I could give zero stars I would, this unfortunately was the first and will be the last time I visit this location. They only had one register open, until they finally opened up another one. It took over 10 minutes to get my food and the kids meal Fry’s was crazy, barely any in their…the chicken tenders didn’t taste that good. The one garbage in the place was over filled, not like it had been taken out. The whole place just gave me a werid vibe. Even though I love Culver’s, I will not be coming here to this location again…

I go here a LOT and it never gets old! I love their chicken tenders, fries, and custard. Service is sometimes a little slow, but it doesn’t matter much, since the food is that good. I would definitely recommend.

I went to a local place and had a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. I left hungry and said well there is always a Culver’s.
I’m from Wisconsin and we take pride in our Culver’s and I was happy to see Illinois making the brand proud.
The cashier was friendly upbeat, and she was enthusiastic to help.
The food doesn’t need a specific review other than it was as good as Culver’s strives to be.

They suggested the onion rings, which I didn’t know they had, because you know cheese curds, duh… I always get curds… this time I had rings too! Delicious, 5 star rings… the only issue I had was the burger patty was cold… they’re never hot here but this time it was cold… great curds, rings and burger dressing but a cold patty

When i ordered my food it took from afternoon (5 hours) till 26 minutes past my bedtime to receive my food. When I went to confront my server inside it stank so bad, I had to walk out and go back to the drive-thru to make my complaint. The lady rolled her eyes at me and told me NEVER to come back, just because i gave her negative feedback about my experience. I live so close that walking to this location would only take 1 single minute. I would love to come back if you all fixed all your issues. and p.s the bag with the joke, SUCKS! Next time I expect, you to clean vigorously, and for the drive through the person who serves the food should be the one who you order the food with. When complaints are made maybe Culvers should prepare a specific person who can take constructive criticism so I don’t feel uncomfortable or any customer. Stop charging for the joke if i’m not going to laugh.

It’s the best tasting burger I had today! We ordered the buttered burger and it was cooked perfectly and very juicy! I also had the custard too! The staff were very friendly and I even got a senior discount (LOL)! We did take out!
