I don’t give good reviews.I believe people are real easy to give good review.But I do have to say that Jon, is a great general manager.
I had a simple problem where my order was messed up.And his solution was very simple.It was just to remake the order.No questions asked. He didn’t make a simple problem into a complicated solution. He saw the issue and he fixed it right then and there.

First time they’re. I’m from Texas and I lived out, burger was nice, fries were good, shake was too hard but now I know. It was so good though. Definitely coming back for more

I’ve been coming to Culver’s for years. Their food is always great and service is wonderful. I specifically like this location because it’s usually easy to find seating. But what has me writing this review today? The jams!! Every song they played was amazing! It’s like the best of the 90s! Seriously, come in, get a burger and a flashback to when music was good!

They got my entire order wrong.
I work a labor intensive job as a roofer and when I finally get a break to have lunch it’s a RELIEF. I went to this Culver’s ordered a deluxe burger NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD, NO CHEESE, NO MAYO, with a side of fries and a Dr Pepper.
To start it off they didn’t even give me my fries in the first time around. They gave me broccoli. Where did I ever say anything remotely close to broccoli on my order? I don’t know. Then when I asked for my fries I got them. Cool. Went back to the jobsite because they already took 10 minutes to get my burger out for me. And then I’m ready to eat and see that I have mayo on my burger.

Great food and atmosphere to bring the family to eat, but they will get your order wrong once in a while. The food is awesome, but it has gotten to the point that you have to double check your order so that you are not making two trips if they get your order wrong. Expect to spend between 50.00-60.00 for a family outing at this Culver’s.

Called in and placed an order for a few items. Received my Single Bacon Burger Deluxe. Once I got back to work and opened it I noticed there is no burger meat… How do you forget to put burger meat on a Bacon Burger? It’s literally what makes it a burger. The lettuce, pickles, bacon, onion, ketchup, etc, was all there, except NO burger meat?!? How can someone forget to put the burger meat on it?
I don’t have another lunch break at work so I cannot go back and get a new one made… had to be hungry the rest of my shift.

I like their Wisconsin Swiss melt. Every time I come here that’s my go to. I also like the cheese curds and pretzels bites. This location is super close to me but that’s not the reason I go to it. It’s the service they provide it’s very welcoming I have never had a bad experiences here! The food is great too. But service keeps me coming back. Keep it good job guys!!!
