My first time to try Culver’s and I really liked the Cheese Curds. The bacon in my Bacon Deluxe single burger is crispy, which I also loved! Chocolate ice cream with Reeses peanut butter cup is . Everything is great! Will probably go back the next time I visit Chicago

I wanted to eat here during my dinner break at work so I ordered online ahead of time. I ended up beating traffic by about 10 minutes, so I was there quite a bit early. I told the cashier my name and said that I was probably too early, he confirmed and asked me to wait. That’s all perfectly fine.
I waited off to the side on my phone, and my food was ready and correct at the time I entered online. Again, all fine.
What wasn’t fine was the manager. She was probably wondering why I was standing there for so long and a couple different employees very nicely checked in with me. After the second check, the employee told the manager my name again and the manager said loudly “well he just put in his order 2 minutes ago” in a way that made it seem like I was just standing there for no reason for the first ten minutes. What I learned in that moment is that the order tracker behind the counter doesnt show online orders until 5 minutes prior to the pickup window, and the manager didnt seem to know that and instead thought I was standing there putting the order in from my phone.
When my food was ready, the manager called my name and handed me my food but made a weird snarky comment in between the corporate niceties about me being impatient and “finally getting my food”.
Just a bit of a bizarre experience.

Again, wait time was too long. More than usual with no other cars waiting at drive thru spot. Medium shake looks like a small. I’m so done with this location and can’t wait to see what size difference I get at a different location.

Alright, so, I originally left a quick review about the friendly staff and great food, but honestly, Culver’s in Rosemont deserves so much more! So here I am, adding to it because this place always makes my day.
From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed like family. The staff here aren’t just friendly—they’re genuinely some of the warmest, kindest people you’ll meet. They make every visit feel special, with smiles that are just as bright as the sunlight that streams through the big windows where I love to sit in the afternoons.
Speaking of the perfect spot, it’s such a peaceful experience sitting by those windows, soaking in the sunlight while enjoying a meal. I was a little hesitant about trying the veggie sandwich, but man I’m so glad I did! It’s honestly the best veggie sandwich I’ve had, and that’s saying a lot when compared to the Impossible Burger or other popular options.
And of course, the meal isn’t complete without their dessert. it’s like the sweet, perfect finale that makes the whole experience unforgettable.
Huge thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond every single time. Your warmth and kindness make Culver’s feel like a second home. I’m always happy to stop by, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Keep up the amazing work!

Great place for lunch.
Note: This isn’t Culver’s fault or responsibility, however the parking lot a few days after a snowfall is quite slushy and very slippery. I slipped and fell getting out of my car. Thankfully I was ok, albeit a bit dirty, however this could have been a hip breaking and subsequently fatal fall for a much older person. I hope Culver’s can put pressure on the shopping center management and their contractors to do a better job of clearing snow and keeping parking lot contritions safe.

Stopped here after a long day of international flights. Just wanted something quick and familiar so we could get on the road and get home. The staff were very friendly and got our food out quickly. It was cooked to order and came out correctly. Overall, it was a tasty meal.
My concerns came afterward when I visited their restroom. While the toilet itself seemed to be clean, there was literal fecal matter wiped on the wall that seemed to have been there a while. When I got back to the table, my wife informed me that she had killed a few ants that tried to join our meal. I would highly suggest the management of this establishment revaluate their cleaning processes and frequency of cleanliness spot checks. Will not be returning if we’re in the area again.

First time at Culver’s, and we loved it so much! The burger was made as soon as we ordered, and it was so juicy and delicious. The fries were crisp and fresh! Tried a custard to end off the meal, and it was the perfect dessert. The staff were so friendly! Enjoyed my experience very much!
