This was the worst Culver’s we have been to. The Sourdough Melt did not have cheese, and only TWO pieces of grilled onion. The burgers seemed smaller than normal. We decided on dessert, ordering a Cashew Caramel Sundae. What they brought us was vanilla Custard with pecans on top, no caramel. When the server took it back to be remade, we could hear an argument. The manager approached our table to look at the receipt, apparently not trusting his employee. We were very disappointed with the whole experience.

Maybe if this location would hire people that can listen it might be a better place to eat. I have been here three times and all the times they have gotten my order wrong. First, order taker seemed very uninterested in you standing in front of them. Second, the order goes back on a computer. How can you not follow what the screen says??? I ordered 2 double burgers with only meat cheese mayo and ketchup. I get both burgers with lettuce and onions with a smidge of mayo.

Bismarck Culver’s has bad service. They open at 10 and we ordered at 10:50 in the drive thru. Pay for our meal and then the cook said that they can’t make one of the meals because the fryer is not on. Didn’t get a full refund and just said we will take two burgers since we can’t have chicken or fries. Waited 20 minutes after they said it won’t take long and had to walk inside to grab our food. The burgers were cold. Go to Mandan if you want good Culver’s food and service.

Opened on September 20, 2021. The restaurant is very nice and clean. The employees were kind and helpful at the register. I ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese and the patty I received was quite small and overcooked. It was smaller than a single patty that you would get from McDonalds in my opinion, but still tasted alright. From previous experiences at other Culvers, I am guessing this was just a fluke – otherwise my experience was good and service was as quick as expected.

Really the food here but it’s a real shame to ask $12 for the fish meal and no drink included. That’s a lot for a fast food meal and no drink. It’s fish which costs less than beef so how can you justify that???? Guess no matter where you go someone is trying to take advantage of the customer. My second they put the wrong order in our bag and we drove all the way across town and got home to realize we had the wrong food, the burger that was in the bag was very ok, the bun in the bag was disgusting . Done with this place.

The Skyline location is always a disaster. Today, in the drive through, it took 50 minutes to get our food. We were missing 5 items. Our custard was completely melted and the food was all cold by the time I got everything in our order and home to eat it. We rarely go to this location and I am reminded again today why. Go to the Mandan location.
