We visited this location this evening and had a not so great experience. Food took forever, half of the order was forgotten, and all of the food was cold. The young man that brought our food out said he would go and check on the rest of the order and never returned with it. Finally I went to the counter and they gave me something similar to what we ordered. Cold again. Another worker came by and we told him everything was cold. He said he would have it remade. Never showed up. By this time we just ate the cold food so we could get going. Before leaving we ordered two kid size frozen custards. Again sat for over 15 minutes until I went to the counter again. One was the flavor of the day and they whipped it up so fast they put 3 pieces of cookie dough in it with a drop of chocolate. Very very disappointed. Staff was flustered as others kept complaining their orders were wrong as well. Wish we would have spent our money elsewhere.

This was only my second time visiting this location and, I tell you, I wanted to love it, but my mushroom and swiss burger looked like a slice of jerky with barely 5 mushrooms. My husband’s double mushroom and swiss was amazing! Not mine. I didn’t have time to go back in as we’re at the pageant, but what a disappointment.

I love Culver’s and everything associated with its brand. A condiment station where katsup, napkins, lids, has to be kept clean, especially in flu season. On my visits, the area with condiments is either empty, or a mess, this is a trend at this location. Otherwise it’s great! The bathroom faucet is not functioning in the men’s room. Team notified.

Opened on September 20, 2021. The restaurant is very nice and clean. The employees were kind and helpful at the register. I ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese and the patty I received was quite small and overcooked. It was smaller than a single patty that you would get from McDonalds in my opinion, but still tasted alright. From previous experiences at other Culvers, I am guessing this was just a fluke – otherwise my experience was good and service was as quick as expected.

Tonight we had a curbside order. We arrived, and put that we were there. 30 minutes go by waiting for our food, nothing. I decided to go in and see what the issue was. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, until then, not one person had looked at me. I explained to the worker what was going on, and they said that they haven’t even started our order. I asked to speak to the manager, as I asked for a refund as we needed to get somewhere. The worker said that would need manager approval. I waited about 10 minutes. I then got another worker to get the manager. Nothing. I decided to just walk out and forget the food or refund I should’ve been given. Very disappointing!

The cashier greeted us with a smile and was very kind to us. We ordered two BBQ smokehouses, one with meat and the other with chicken. The taste is delicious and they gave us a lot of fries.
