Ordered on the app, and was told I had to go inside to confirm. I walked past big signs trekking me to order on the app and avoid the line. Had to wait in line to confirm it was me that made the order.
Brought the food back or to my car, and took off the tomato and pickles I requested to be not on the burger. Also ordered no ice. And got extra ice.
The food? Delicious.

The best Culver’s I’ve ever been to!
Staff was very nice and greets everyone as they come in. Order was perfectly accurate unlike some other Culver’s I’ve been to in the area. They even offered free samples which I’ve never seen a Culver’s do before. The free kids ice cream was much bigger than other locations give out. Bathrooms were very clean.
Overall, this independently owned Culver’s sets itself apart in it’s amazing food and service. Definitely worth driving to even though it’s farther out from me that other locations.

Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible burgers! I didn’t go to Culver’s to get a smash burger! I walked into Culver’s on 13th ave to get some food to bring home. I waited for over 25 minutes after placing my order, only to get smashed to an 1/8 of an inch burgers, that was dry, 8 inch wide patties, burnt beyond belief, not edible! When I brought my food back, which cost $22.49 for a combo meal and ice-cream, the management agreed, burnt bad, but that’s how they were told in training to make them. Then management doubles down and takes no accountability! They do not advertise for smash burgers, which is also weird! They smash them because they cook faster and they were so busy. I will never go to Culver’s again due to this has happened a few times in the last years, Culver’s has gone downhill so much, and it’s really weird that I asked to speak to a GM or regional manager, then I got hung up on while voicing my concerns! Not very professional at all! So, I went to Five Guys down the road. I was treated like a normal customer, the employees were great, and their burgers and ff’s were absolutely delicious!

So disappointed. Just moved here from Wisconsin. Culvers birth place. Let me tell you they’d be ashamed of what I was served tonight. Buns dry and hard and our mellow yellows taste like a dirty pop dispenser. 3 of us got mellow yellow and all 3 of us independently gagged after drinking it before they even knew the others experience with theirs. The most decent thing was our soggy fries. I feel jipped.

Classic Culver’s experience. Never gets old. Great place to sit down, enjoy some authentic Midwest food, and have a conversation. The staff was helpful and friendly too! Especially Josh. He offered to take our trays when we were done.

The food is always tasty but definitely overpriced.
I remember Fargo being such a good place for friendly and helpful customer service. These workers just put a bad taste in my mouth.

The burgers were yummy for sure. Our kids gave mixed reviews on the chicken tenders and they weren’t even half eaten. We wish we had gotten ice cream but after the bill of $60 for 3 kids meals, 1 adult meal, 2 burgers and an order of fried cheese, we didn’t want to spend any more. Wow, pricey for fast food.
And carpet in a fast food restaurant? Really? That’s just gross. How many spills happen daily? And my shoes can attest that under our table was grossly sticky. And the plastic ad holder on our table was covered in dried ketchup and even dried ice cream.
One bathroom sink was hardly usable with no pressure. And please invest in a second soap dispenser so you don’t need to teach across our walk around the patron at the other sink (from the one good sink).
But yes, the burgers and fries were yummy! I’d recommend drive-thru!
