For a fast food restaurant, it was incredibly clean and well kept. The staff were polite young men who were very friendly and helpful. Our cashier had no trouble with our large 6 person order. Our food came out quickly, and staff even offered us a free milkshake they made on accident, instead of throwing it away. Definitely one of the most well managed fast food restaurant across the country

The chicken was uncooked in parts of it. You shouldn’t have a crunch when eating chicken and then peeling it apart to see raw .

We can at a perfect time just before it got busy. Food was great, I always get the butter burger w cheese. My mom got the fish, she said it was super greasy but she ate all of it, so… they got good food and their root beer is awesome

Ive gone here for a few years an never had a issue with my change. But last week . I gone inside to order an paid with a 100.00 bill. An my total was 56 an some change. An was given 33 back. I was in a hurry an didnt look at my reciept and change til i got home an noticed i was missing $11.00 …I did call the location but no answer. I highly suggest to count your change when paying with cash.

Couldn’t get my order right.
When I got my meal, it was not what I ordered, and I had to get the manager involved. But he did take care of it. I think they just need to listen better to make sure it’s what people are ordering to avoid these problems. If I had gone through the drive, though, it would have been even more of a hassle.

First time I experienced Culver’s. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I appreciate the variety of item’s offered. From pretzel bites to salads. I am told the burger and chicken sandwiches were tasty. They even offer ice cream. I also noticed on the day I visited, the staff seemed to work together and communicated well.

Wow what a horrible experience first things first, I order about $40 worth of food for the family after practice only to get home to realize more than half my food was missing. I then go back after calling to let them know about the mistake they made and asked nicely like I always do only to get the food that was left there and still missing items. There were a few other times burgers and fish sandwiches missing buns. Unacceptable

This is literally the worst review I’ve ever left. I LOVE Culvers. This place however hardly resembles any Culvers I’m used to. The fish sandwich was more like a fish stick with an oversized bun. We ordered two of them. Both exactly the same pathetic French fry looking fish stick. The drink fountain was low on the carbonation or something. Drinks were watered down, low to no fizz. My girls sandwich had one piece of cheese on it. Not a slice though….one, 1, o.n.e., one piece of shredded cheese. Literally. The only positive thing I can say is that our cashier and the sweet elderly lady sweeping the lobby were both very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Culvert Deluxe Burgers are excellent! Just the right amount of everything! Seasoned meat, gooey cheese, perfect veggies! First time to have their own diet root beer. Delicious! Very creamy!
