The food at culvers is ALWAYS super good. The crew is always fun and bubbly. However when they are super busy, the manager should NOT be in the kitchen cooking. She should be expediting or up front running the shift. I sat there for 25 to 30 minutes while teenagers ran around trying their best to get orders expedited out. I purchased 2 small fries, 1 cheese sauce, a 2 scoop with extra butterfinger and a shake. After about 10 min i got my custard. No extra butterfinger. I didnt have the receipt so i thought maybe she didnt hear me. Went up and paid again for extra. Another 10 min i get a bag with 1 small fry and the cheese sauce. I then see that i did in fact already get charged for extra topping. So i paid for extra twice. All i needed was my 2nd small fry. 15 min went by and i asked for a refund for the fires. The manager should have been out front. No excuses. No communication. Very disappointed. I love Culvers and the teens up front were doing their best under stress. Management needs to do better or need a new manager. That poor crew was getting hit hard.

All their stuff is good except the custard. They are better than five guys because their fries are better and they have a healthier selection without sacrificing delicious food.
Not important to the experience but the staff are chatty and it makes you feel at home.

Besides everything else being great the food was just half hazardously thrown together and generally I drive home to eat and it’s been always at least warm but today it was as about as warm as someone blowing hot air on it, on top of that it looked like someone took their anger out on my burgers top bun

Ordered at 7:30, receipt says it was ready at 7:36. We sat in the curbside parking spot for almost an hour waiting. Decided to go in and let them know that we have been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. Multiple employees came out delivering to other customers as well as coming up to us with incorrect orders so they knew we were there waiting. By the time we went in our food was cold and shakes were melted. 0/10 experience.

I just ordered the chili and the pumpkin spice shake. I wished that they put cheese in my chili. The pumpkin spice shake was fine. My niece was ordering for herself that she wanted chicken strips and applesauce. We would assume that she was ordering the kids chicken strips. However, the kid that was taking our order isn’t a smart one because he charged us for an adult meal instead of a kids meal for her. She is in 3rd grade. My mom had to go up there and thankfully the same kid finally let her just have the bag so that she can get ice cream. She really wanted the ice cream. Whenever we are here, it takes forever to get our food, but this time wasn’t too bad. I just personally prefer to eat at other places like Applebees instead of this place

Drive through on a Thursday late afternoon. $50 for 4 sandwiches and a couple fries. Pull forward, open the bag to count items, all there, head home. 20+ minutes with traffic. Get home, open the box for my Cheddar Jack Double Pub burger…not a burger patty in sight! Two slices of cold cheese between the buns. How does that even happen??? I understand forgetting a condiment or adding a condiment..mistakes happen, but the actual burgers? I called, was told they could mail me a coupon or I could drive back for a coupon. No thanks. Far too many other places to order from.

Consistently the worst Culver’s I’ve had. The burgers aren’t seared properly, resulting in mushy bland patties that soak the bun in grease. Also rarley seasoned properly. I recently had Culver’s in Duluth, MN and it reminded me of what Culver’s can and SHOULD BE. Returning to my hometown weeks later craving that experience, I got the same mushy, soggy bland burger that this place always serves. Extremely frustrating knowing what it can be.

Usually never a Karen, this is the first review I’ve written. Go to this Culver’s a lot and usually have good service. Never again, bit into a chicken sandwich I just had that was ice cold still. Never have had that happen at a restaurant ever. Was inedible. Complete waste.
