Went through Culver’s before I headed back home about 40 miles. Since I preferred the fish sandwich I figured I wait til I got home to eat it so it didn’t make a mess. Got home opened it up and took my first bite….. it was so hard I couldn’t break off the first bite. I opened the sandwich to find this tiny fillet and the bottom bun was so dried out could eat it. Disappointed for sure.

The assistant manager was on and took our order. He was friendly and seemed really on top of his game. I was so excited to get my good that I even took a picture. And then I took a bite. It was not made as I had ordered it. I took it up to the front and asked for a replacement and went back to eat my rings. They were slightly undercooked but still edible and pretty good. Plus I was really hungry! They were gone before my sandwich came. Not super impressed with the kitchen. And I get it was near closing but having garbage cans closed just screams we tried to close early and now don’t want to change the garbage again. So overall a subpar experience.

We were welcomed with a friendly greeting and our order was taken quickly considering it was the dinner hour and busy. Our to go order was not completed fulfilled. Our cod sandwich was missing the top part of the bun while the kid’s meal was missing the apple juice. What we did receive was delicious.
A simple rechecking the order to verify completion would be beneficial.

My family and I were stopping by this Culver. We were having a great time until me and my dad decided to just have a conversation with this guy named, Case. (Goated employee btw) we then got free Ice cream!! They even put the ingredients on the soda areas, that’s health regulation 101. This is an easy S+ tier

You can pay someone to manage people or you can pay people to manage themselves but both deserve the pay for their work. However, true hard work is taking responsibility for something anyone has the ability todo themselves. In public, safety, is everyone’s own responsibility, which includes keeping a clean space. When the front end is slammed and the back end is hussling, I would like a rag in another’s own hand next time. Something I learned in the service industry was praise in public, correct in private. Absoluley amzazing maybe im biased because i like chicken but they had the best chicken sandwich i have ever ate i cannot belive how crunchy it is the ranch isnt my favorite although everything else is really good gonna go to this place more in the future for sure :3

Friendly staff, welcoming upon arrival. Clean dining room, chicken strips were very good, cheese curds were excellent with ranch, I even got some love as I noticed a heart shaped curd!

Not from here….. Ate here while here….. Don’t normally eat Culver’s, but it was pretty decent…. No major complaints…. Would come back…. Ate my food, a family with 5 kids sat next to me, so I left…. Kids get on my nerves….

I’ve left a lot of reviews for all kinds of businesses all over the country. I rarely verbally trash a business just because my fries were not warm. I believe it’s too costly to a business that is providing a service and jobs to a local community, especially if that business is individually owned and operated. With that said, it’s fair, to be honest. One thing I’ve never had a Culver’s store (any Culver’s store) do is offer me my receipt. If you’re on a work trip, a receipt is always needed. I also read a lot of reviews for this store complain about, and I observed in person while in the store, food taking longer than expected to arrive at the table. My experience at numerous Culver’s in multiple states is that they are prompt on getting food to the table. Outside of that, my experience at this store was good. My burger and fries were hot. The staff was very courteous. For instance, I asked for the ketchup dispenser to be filled, and the young man I asked, who was helping staff the front counter, quickly responded while also training a young lady as to how to do so. Good for him. He did a good job. Overall, I’ll be back.

Haven’t been in awhile and decided to stop on our way through. Burger tasted alright as did the fries. Not as good as I remember. Malt didn’t come until we were almost done and it tasted gritty, ended up throwing most of it away. Definitely won’t be going back. Restaurant was freezing.
