Food has always been good! No complaints with that. I had gone through the drive thru a couple weeks ago and was really looking forward to my meal only to find out they forgot my fries. I had already left the area so I called to let them know what happened. Katrina, the assistant manager, was so nice and let me know she’d send me a coupon at some point. Sure enough I got a letter and coupon to spend. I thought that was so thoughtful and kind! Great customer service. Thank you Katrina!

The saltiest burger I’ve ever had. To the extent I wasnt even able to finish it. Fries were just OK, but again just covered in so much salt I wasn’t able to even taste any potato. Root beer was okay at least

The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered a deluxe double cheeseburger without the bun because of my diet. It would be nice if you had a container for people like me instead of the normal clamshell that the burger comes in. It made it very difficult to eat out of that. Would be a 5* review if you can get that changed.

Clean and bright. Friendly helpful staff. Food was fresh and made as ordered. Cheese curds were HOT fresh and delicious!! Burgers and fries were awesome, and the fish dinner was really good. Clean plate clubs all around, or we took leftovers home! Custard was fabulous, as usual. Silky smooth. The Turtle Sundae is a fav!!

I forgot my purse there during the supper rush, and thankfully someone found it and turned it in. I called right away to see if I someone turned it in and spoke with Molly. She reassured me it would be safe until I was able to return. So thankful there are still good people in this world! Thanks to the staff and to whoever turned my purse in!!!!

I went through the drive through, ordered a meal plus a small fry and shake. Got home and there was only one fry in the bag. Called the store, they asked if I could come back in and when I said yeah I guess, she said OK we’ll just pass them through to you. No apology. I started to say it’s kind of inconvenient for me to drive back and all of a sudden there was an unbearable noise on the other end, like she put the phone right next to the blender. I was not able to hear if this girl was even trying to respond to me. I ended up just hanging up and did not go back to get my fries. I understand this sometimes happens, but I at least expected an apology and a reasonable conversation.

Great food. Cooked fast and fresh for your convenience. I ordered a bacon burger the bacon was crisp the tomato, lettuce and onion were fresh. I truly enjoyed eating at this establishment.

Tried chicken blue salad … WOW one of if not best salad I ever had. Was questioning whether to get that or classic deluxe burger I always get. Now it won’t be a question, Culver salads are GREAT…. and you don’t feel as guilty getting custard for desert ;P

The staff couldn’t have been nicer.they helped all seven of us out with smiles 10 min before closing. The ice cream was unbelievably delicious. The burgers hit the spot. It was worth the drive. Thank you Culver’s staff.
