This is a great Culver’s in a convenient location that I’ve come to appreciate.
Culver’s sets a high standard for itself, and this restaurant is no exception. It may not be the fastest burger you’re going to get, but the wait is more than worth it when you realise everything is made TO ORDER- Not sitting under a heat lamp, not microwaved.
Their Northwoods Walleye Sandwich in particular at this location is only a seasonal offering for Lent, but it’s a *big* filet. It’s *fresh*, not overly greasy. It literally tastes like someone just fished that bad boy up an hour ago and fried it up. Look how it doesn’t even fit on the bun. It’s not some wimpy *Filet o’ Fish* you need to order two of to feel satisfied.
Of course they have excellent butterburgers (always with 100% Wisconsin cheese), of course their cheese curds are pure fried cheese deliciousness, too. The fries are always hot and crispy here. The restaurant was clean both times I went, had even at the dinner rush the second time.
And I get that wonderful Culver’s service that really is the bang for your buck.

Drive through took really long to even order. Forgot my drink and i would’ve preferred a burger from a k-12 lunch with how dry and thin the patty was. Will drive to superior next time.

Ordered the Pub burger. The patties were lingerie meat. They were so thin you could see through them. They looked nothing like what was on the menu. The crown of the bun was kinda hard like it was a few days old. The overall sandwich was salty. I was charged 10.29 for the sandwich and it was advertised for 9.89 on the menu board. The two scoop flavor of the day was missing the caramel sauce and it was runny because it was made and sat out. It was soup on the bottom.

Service was good. Food tasted great. I recommend the new pepper grinder pub burger. The guy behind the counter did an amazing job even. He kept his cool while dealing with some unpleasant customers. He even helped another customer choose safe options that had some strict dietary restrictions. We didn’t wait long in line or to receive our food.

Nah, lol … this was my first time ever eating here … the pictures on the menu vs. what you actually get should be illegal because it’s very much false advertisement. The shrimp tasted like absolutely nothing. lol, the fish sandwich is mostly breading and also tasted like nothing. i never in my life thought i would say this, but McDonald’s fish sandwich is WAY better ! I can not believe the drive-through line was so long. lol, they must have been getting ice cream because the food ain’t it .

The people working here are nice enough and do their best, but they regularly forget items from our order. I order 3 kids meals and an order of chicken strips for them to share and they’ve forgotten them on 3-4 occasions, a long with forgetting an order of fries about as often.
Also, strongly recommend against the current “new” bacon. Cooked to the point of shoe leather.

Pretty good burger place. I like that they have some additional items like soup. Today the workers were especially efficient. I have never had such a short wait for my food at Culvers. Second visit- not as great today. Food was not hot, ice cream melted when they brought it out to use. Bathroom was disgusting. Workers were nice and even came and picked up our trash off the table when we were done.
