Wasn’t good, Arby’s has better chicken for less. Jake says the Halloween decor isn’t necessary here all over the place. Evil holiday and why promote it on every one that comes to eat inside. Remove that junk.
Food is fresh, fries have yet to be cold and soggy which for some odd reason, still seems to be a mystery to so many restaurants. It really is perplexing. But this Culver’s has knocked it out of the park each time I’ve ordered from there.
Service: this is the 5 ⭐ area of excellence here. Most notably, today (8/25 at about 7:35pm), I ordered two small flavor of the day custards, one with a birthday coupon. The gentlemen at the drive through simply knocked it out of the park. This didn’t take anything extraordinary. It simply seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job, and even if not, he was genuinely pleasant and courteous. Multiple “my pleasure” responses, “have a great day”, etc. A simple 3 minute order, in and out, and I left feeling like I was his first, last, or only customer of the day.
I stop going to places I love if the service turns awful. I will continue to give this Culver’s my business because of the service today, even if an order isn’t perfect.
I’m kicking myself to blanking on his name – I even caught his name tag. First name R something, last name M something? Hopefully day, time and order, name will be enough for the owner of this location to identify who it was and give them a raise, a reward, management training, their own franchise.
These are the people you want to be the face of your business.
Well done, Culver’s on 108th. Well done.
Service – 5 stars
Atomosphere – 4 stars

Pretty much great all around minus the price of the menu items.
Today i regret to say i have officially been in the first culver’s i wouldnt suggest. I walk in, there are four guys standing there shooting the breeze with each other and ansolutely ignoring me and makinv ZERO effort to do anything else other than converse amongst themselves. I was turning to walk out, and around the corner comes a wonderful young man named Andy. Andy saved the day. He jumped on me like a duck on a junebug and did everything he could to make me happy…Andy went above and beyond. Everyone else working the counter should be canned. The restaurant itself, despite being brand new, was the dirtiest tables i have seen in any culvers.
Culver’s should yank their franchise on this location, and swoop in and snatch young Andy up and promote him.
One last point- the food itself was good. So at least the cook was on point as well.
