A quick go to place for a fast and affordable dinner meal. I visited this location several times and I always find it to be clean, consistent, and fast. The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald’s, Burger King, or even Wendy’s. I’ve never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.

I work near this Culver’s and have eaten here many times without any issues. However, this visit was very disappointing. I placed a curbside pickup order and received a message that it would be ready by 7:10pm. I arrived on time, and there was only one other car waiting. They received their order quickly, but I continued to wait. After saying something to an employee, my order was finally brought out at 7:23pm.
They apologized, but unfortunately the problem didn’t end there. When I got home, I had to throw my burger away because it was undercooked and bloody. I only ended up eating the onion rings.
This experience was extremely disappointing and honestly pretty gross. I hope this location addresses these issues, because this is not the quality or service I’m used to from Culver’s.

First time visiting Minnetonka. I’m from New York. Walked around the entire island, I was cold, when I walked in Julia greeted me with a nice smile! Such lovely group of girls with amazing attitudes ! I was going to go into another restaurant but stayed in culver instead thank to your friendly professional amazing staff !!

I know a lot of people like the food at Culvers, but I’m one that doesn’t … AND I won’t be back.
I was hoping their fish and chips would be great… but it wasn’t. The fish had an after-taste of rancid oil. The breading tasted of chemicals and preservatives.
Everything was in separate little bags – like it was prepared in an assembly-line factory.
Like I said, I won’t be back.
If you want really good fish and chips – go to either Macs or Anchors. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrible management I’m being docked by door dash because the store never counted the order as completed. The manager told me he’s already made it twice for other drivers and wouldn’t make it again. Once I was in n the phone with door dash he was willing to make it again. Be professional we all have jobs to do

The wonderful lady who took my order, Julia, has stellar customer service skills. Not sure if it’s natural for her or if it’s a skill she developed over time but she made my day by simply asking how I was doing. Thank you Julia!!

Culver’s in general? I’d give them a 4. This specific location seems to consistently make mistakes with orders, and wait times can be ridiculous for simple items (like a scoop of vanilla ice cream)
I’ve come to expect at least one inconvenience every time I get food here, therefore it is at the bottom of the list as far as places to go, even with limited selection around town.

Everytime I order a concrete mixer, cookie dough and Oreo. They always forget an ingredient or put 4 little cookie doughs.. you pay for extra ingredients, just to get a plain vanilla ice cream!
