I know this location just opened but I would recommend management look into employee time management. I was the only one in the drive thru at 4:30. Ordered a small peanut butter shake and waited 7 mins and called Culver’s about it then a guy told me it would be right out and came out 3 mins later. I’m not sure what happened but the guy was kind about the situation and gave me a coupon.
