I really enjoy this location of Culver’s. The staff is always very helpful kind and gives exceptional service. The restrooms and restaurant are always impeccably clean. I didn’t take a picture of the food I had but I wish I had. We got the basket full of pretzel bites. With cheese. They always come out hot fresh and taste delicious. It’s a great price point to feed about three or four people from that basket. Everyone was satisfied. Thanks again for the wonderful service will be back!

I had to share my experience this evening. My wife placed an online order and the app unknowingly chose a store that was NOT closest to where we were. So, needless to say, my order was not ready when I got to the store because it was at the wrong store. The customer service at this location was second to none. They called the store that had my order and got it cancelled and made our order quickly. The staff member I was working with ended up actually being the owner. While my order was being prepared, a customer came in upset that his order didn’t come was missing the fires and drink. The customer clearly didn’t order the value basket, but the owner grabbed a side of fries and a drink and handed them to the customer. Very cool! This store has earned my respect. In a matter of a few minutes, they went above and beyond twice.

I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. I’ve been coming to Culver’s for the last 25 years of my life, and at this location specifically, and let me tell you, they do a GREAT JOB! No matter how busy, how chaotic, they get the job done and they show it through their product.
I usually get a single butter burger with cheese basket meal, and it’s simple but the cooks just do their thing on the grill and really make simplicity seem lackluster with how flavorful they make my sandwich! I love it! The customer service is ALWAYS spot on and I just could ask for a more better place to eat at and share moments at. Even if I’m just eating by myself, being a customer.

Drive through was quick and efficient. The line was almost empty and service was fast. The food was warm and fresh. The fries were and crispy and the grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Chicken was nice and tender.

Terrible experience, I went through the drive through and alone, it took 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. To add onto that the employee who took my order, Troy I believe his name was, treated us very poorly by a poor choice of manners and words I will not utter in a google review, and after he noted the name for our order he didn’t ask us what we wanted he just stayed there in silence while we waited for him to ask us what we wanted. Then when we got to the window we saw everybody inside laughing at us because of his poor decisions. Please teach your employees better. Never eat here.

After a long night of pickleball playing six games (which me and my gf won all six btw) we wanted to celebrate and get some dinner. We decided to get culvers for our victory dinner. It was business as usual, slick and easy drive thru experience, very timely response and they got our food out very quickly to us. There was just one thing. We ordered ranch and they must have forgot to put it in the bag. Which I totally understand, it was the dinner rush and sometimes life happens. We got home when we realized this tragedy. It really isn’t a big deal but let me tell you my girlfriend absolutely LOVES Culvers’ buttermilk ranch. It was sad to say the least. Alas we indulged in our delicious victory dinner, as we were quite hungry after our pickleball. Unfortunately, when we took our first bites one of the burger was undercooked and pink. Honestly we tried to power through as we were already home. We couldn’t. I called the store and asked for a manager. He was professional, apologetic, and consistent. He assured me that he was going to make it right and right he did. He told me that he was very sorry and that our burger would be replaced and I would be given a coupon to use on our next visit. What happened following these events is why I am writing this review. I brought the burger back into the store and showed the manager the pink burger. Again he apologized and promised to replace it. As I waited he offered me free custard and also handed me a coupon for a free value basket for the next visit. One of the cooks even apologized to me. This experience has been nothing short of excellent. I am thoroughly and completely satisfied with this culvers store and the level of professionalism they show and I will be back soon!

This Culver’s is currently under construction on the outside when we went so you had to go to the drive thru side of the building. We brought a large group of students for lunch and the staff handled it like a breeze and were super polite. Even when they got just a minor thing wrong (it IS a large group), they quickly fixed it after seeing our receipt. Thanks to the staff for being patient to us!

Extremely disappointing experience tonight.
My husband went through the drive-thru to grab food for our hungry teens—something we do regularly. He ordered a full family-size cheese curds, only to come home with a box that was practically empty (see photo).
I called right away, and Manager Tom told us to drive back and bring the box. I explained our teens were hungry and said I expected a full replacement due to the inconvenience. He agreed.
But when my husband returned, suddenly the story changed. Tom conveniently was too busy with his back turned, leaving Shift Manager Kayla to deal with it.
Really? This is how you handle loyal customers? No accountability, no apology, and no resolution.
Hope the owners at @Culvers know they’re losing a household of regulars. Guess Raising Cane’s and Five Guys will be getting all our future teen-feeding business instead.

The crinkle-cut fries are criminally underrated, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Dip them in Culver’s Signature Sauce, and it’s game over.
Now let’s talk about the real star: the frozen custard. Creamy, rich, and smoother than your best pickup line. The Flavor of the Day never disappoints, life-changing, and their Concrete Mixers are just unfairly good.
