I had a chicken salad that was actually pretty tasty …altho by the time I got it the chicken was barely warm! Maybe the coolness of the salad chilled the meat! ♀️ Most challenging was the indoor temp! I like it cool, but it mightv bn maybe 68 …maybe lower! It felt warmer outside, despite roughly Nov 18 in Minnesota!
I was doing Diamond Art there for maybe a couple hours! I usually go to Perkins, Chilis & Applebee’s to do my DA, wherever the lighting is good & it’s not super busy!

Been seeing a lot of blogs about Culver’s Atlantic cod dinner. I have read so many raving reviews about the quality and size of the fish as well as how inexpensive it is.
So….had to try it. Although the overall flavor of the fish was good it wasn’t anything mind blowing and the size of the cod was no where close to what has been shown on blogs. Not sure if that falls on Culver’s or the bloggers not representing what you standards receive. Plus, the roll was dry and I hate when a place serves you cold butter but is just me. Either way I wasn’t impressed. The onion rings were and fries (chips) were good as always.
The cost is what through me off the most. Two dinners cost over $40 which for a fast food place is not acceptable. I knew the price when I ordered it so it wasn’t a big surprise until you see what you get. That is what you pay in a more establish sit down place, not fast food. The pictures I posted look more impressive than reality.

My significant and I are very disappointed in the service we received this evening. I arrived at this location shortly after 6 and spent 35+ minutes in the drive thru waiting to order, get payment processed and food. When I ordered the took my name, when I got the window they asked if I was Casey which I am not the girl walked away and talked to someone and took forever to process payment after she finally did she handed me my drinks and asked if had a number I proceeded to say no, then was finally given a number. Proceeded to wait about 15-20 in line making it a total time of about 45 mins before I even got food. Only for my significant other to find a hair in his burger. I am very disappointed in the service I received. Usally have a good experience but today it seemed like they were rushing didn’t know what they were doing, or who’s order was who’s . And find it VERY VERY unprofessional finding hair in a burger we ordered. I will be asking for a refund. !!!! And won’t be coming back for while.

Stopped inside for the first time in years. Usually go to Monticello. Location is horrible now here with the bridge unfortunately. Food was substandard. Unfortunate because I am on their deliciousness council. Paid 43.50 and couldn’t get my birthday coupon to work either.

Pretty bad experience here. I ordered ahead online and it said my food would be ready at about 6:05 which I ended up not getting it until twenty minutes after that. The staff looked like they had no idea what they were doing and had zero sense of urgency to do their jobs. They had made my custard first and let it sit out on the counter for the 20 minutes I was waiting for my food. The other Culver’s I’ve been to would have at least put them in the pint freezer for me while I waited or offered to remake the ice cream soup they handed me. Then I get home to find out I’m missing items!! I didn’t even go back because I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to talk to a manager and get my correct order. Super frustrating by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Culver’s location.

I don’t recommend getting the strawberry lemon ice cooler at this location, we love them however this location gave them to us with almost no strawberry, they tasted like straight lemon they were also not mixed well at all. However The staff was friendly, and the food was correct At least I can say this time they didn’t tip over the cheese curds all over the bag like most Culver’s locations do. The staff was cleaning while making the customers food so they could be gone right when they close (30 minutes). They were sweeping the dusty floor right next to the girl scooping ice cream and the dust could have tainted the ice cream. Careful what time you go to this location.

What is 1 ketchup packet going to do for a 4 piece chicken strips meal?? There should be 2-3 ketchups in the bag. You asked what dipping sauce and I asked for ketchup. Do I need to specify how many? Disappointing.
