Culver’s just always hits. It was super busy on a Friday night but they were very efficient. We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for everything. Everything was piping hot and fresh. And a delicious custard to finish it off.

Visited Friday evening (2/27/26) and the drive-thru was extremely busy! They even had order takers outside and the parking lot was completely full — as was the drive-thru line.
I was so impressed by the staff’s professionalism and urgency. Everyone was working hard and staying positive despite how packed it was. The food was amazing, and surprisingly, it didn’t take long to get our order at all!
Hats off to this team — they’re doing an incredible job!

I’m enthusiastic to report that this Culvers was amazing! The food was absolutely divine! There were a decent amount of food options available! The staff was amicable and so delightful! The wait time was not terribly long. (Although past times I’ve been here, the wait has been long. The drive through typically takes a while ) There was plenty of seating options available and the place was kept fairly clean! My dining experience at Culver’s was top notch! I will definitely be coming back to this Culver’s on a regular basis!I totally recommend coming here! There was also a lot of parking!

I went through the drive through just after 7 PM tonight (Thursday). I was so frigging starving and I’ve always been very satisfied with Culver’s food and service.
They brought it (a Deluxe) out to me and everything was fine until I got home and opened the bag. It was like somebody had literally sat on the burger, and it was barely lukewarm. The lettuce tasted like it had been sitting out on the counter all day. I live about five minutes away, so there’s no reason the burger should have been that cold by the time I got home. I’ve done their drive-through before and gotten home and had a nice hot burger, but not this time.
I don’t know if it was leftovers from their dinner rush or what but it was a supremely disappointing experience and I’ll probably just go to another fast food restaurant after this one. If I had opened the bag and seen what a miserable burger it was while I was there, I would’ve returned it and asked for another, but by the time I got home, I was too tired and it was too late. Major bummer because I was just got off a 10 hour shift, was completely starving, and was really looking forward to one of their amazing burgers.
They always ask, “what can I make fresh for you?” And I honestly don’t remember if they asked me that this time or not because I was so tired but I can tell you for a fact they definitely didn’t make that burger fresh tonight. I tried to eat it but it was horrible tasting so I threw it away after two bites. Expensive bag of garbage.. What a disappointment. Never going back.

3/9/25 Noon. Very busy. Joe, order taker, great. People before us but welcomed us upon entry. Great Cod sandwiches and crinkle fries, plenty. Employees cleaning and working in dining area. Lots of customers eat inside as opposed to drive thru. Clean and fresh cut flowers in restroom. A nice atmosphere.

We frequent this location quite a bit but have continually had issues with missing items and it’s really disappointing. We’ve gotten many apologies and coupons but they really need to work on employees double checking before running for curdside. Everyone is so nice and apologetic but this is a huge issue that isn’t changing. We have called in and went in to report these issues multiple times.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this is an exception. I decided to give this location another try because last time we went they forgot items and when I went back they gave a coupon for two free value meals. I decided to go and use this coupon and ordered our food. When we got our food which was for carry out they had it for dine in and an item was wrong. I ended up waiting longer for the item and while I was waiting there were at least 4 other people coming in with food issues. This location needs more training and all the manager does is slide coupons at people instead of fixing the problems. If this keeps going like this, this location will likely close
