This Culver’s is the cleanest and most well ran Culver’s store I’ve been to. I drive from my home 20+ minutes away to order food from this restaurant as opposed to the nearer restaurant to me. The staff is well trained, making the ordering process easy and stress free. Very polite and knowledgeable about the current specials or menu options new and classic items.

Hello! I wanted to take moment to honor of the cheesiest place in town. I started going here this year and every single time I visit do you know what I leave with? Joy and gratitude of course! The Culver’s kid meals are worth every affordable penny! And the Culver’s app is so helpful for modifying orders, or ordering ahead of time. I encourage everyone to give the app a try. It’s worth it!
I also want to give a huge shout out to the employees. Everyone always has a smile on their face and love in their heart. They all work very hard to service the area and it shows! The owners and employees deserve the sky! Thanks so much for feeding me and my family when I’m too stressed, tired, or messed up a recipe. Lots of love and hugs!

As a Uber driver I was asked by the customer to have no ice in the drinks I asked the gentleman behind the counter to remake drinks he was rude and almost refused to give me the order. And now my customer is upset with uber. Please do better for your delivery drivers and customers

Tried to get the concrete mixer cereal flight they had a sign for it out front, and could tell right away it was rang up wrong and wasn’t what I wanted. When I tried to say something at the window she immediately said she knew what I was talking about and 5 minutes later I got one ice cream with all three flavors mixed together, complete disappointment. That old lady in the drive through tonight should learn some manners.

I was less tbank pleased with the service. I pulled up to the speaker and they said hello what can we make fresh for you. I geve my order and then. 2 minutes later they said again hello whats your order? I was like umm I already gave the order. It was just a dish of custard. No toppings. Anything else? I said no. So as I started to pull around again I heard them say sir anything else?
Seriously not sure whats wrong eith the service. Were you short staffed or people not paying attention to your speakers after talking to customers? I chose the simplest item in the menu. Plain custard.
You get very low marks when you frustrate me. It was a very simple order. Don’t make it complicated.

If they ask what they can make fresh.. and we order what we WANT, why do they add things we didn’t ask for? This happened 2x already within few days apart and due to that I decided to leave a review. If food is ordered the way we like to eat it (in this case it was for my kids) why do you decide to add cheese (if I said no cheese my kid can’t eat cheese) if I said no ketchup, why do you add ketchup… please train your employees they confirmed my order 2x and again failed to make it to what I ordered. I might as well switch the restaurant to apple valley and give them a try. This is ridiculous!

I have been to all the Culver’s locations in the area since my kids love it and this one is in the upper half. The service is slow – it took over 15 minutes for us to get our food, and every time I go to the Rosemount location it is slow. The food keeps going downhill – Culver’s used to stand for quality, but their salads for instance now have iceberg lettuce mixed in. I got the chili this last time, which was rather unremarkable. The custard is still a far better value than DQ, and unlike the Eagan Culver’s location (where the custard is almost always grainy) the custard here was actually made correctly.

Culver’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is good. Our delicious food was ready right on time and made to perfection. All of the socially inept kids that work here don’t even look at you when you come to pick up your food, but luckily, an adult soon entered and she got our food for us.

Thought the flavor of the day looked good so decided to stop in. I even had to ask if my order was correct as it looks nothing like what I was expecting. It was remade, more of a fine let me get you another, but did not really look like advertised.
Yeah, the 2 sundae are the same. Yes they look nothing like the posted picture but HEY they do not even look like each other.
Quality control at Rosemount Culver’s is a HARD fail.
