Stopped in here for lunch. I ordered a kids’ meal w flavor of the day and the Wisconsin pub burger w/ 2 scoop flavor of the day. Both of the custard dishes were wrong. The first Wisconsin Pub Burger I received looked like someone sat on it. I took the custard and burger back and asked for them to be remade. It took a while to receive the correct items. The second Wisconsin Pub burger was barely warm and didn’t look much better. The bottom of the bun was kind of hard/dried out. The second batch of custard dishes were made wrong as well. It was supposed to caramel pecan chocolate. I was chocolate custard with a few drop of caramel, 3 pecans, and chocolate chunks which weren’t supposed to be on it. There was no attempt at an apology. There was incompetence at every step, and the manager was the one who brought the second cold burger out. I’ve been to numerous Culver’s and this one seems to be run the worst. Update 1-21-25 I contacted Culvers.com about my incident right after it happened and never heard back from store owner.

I ordered a few things from this location and almost everything was half empty, I called them to ask if there was a way to get the rest of my order and the manager was super rude, he kept interrupting me and even and hung up on me while I was explaining what happened. I will not be ordering from here again because their customer service is worse than any other place I’ve been.

I love Culver’s, but it’s a bit of a wait especially if they are busy. Delicious, high quality food and great options though. A little pricey, but worth it. The chili cheese fries are some of the best I’ve ever had and I get them at a variety of fast food places. It’s a really good flavor combination.

I ordered for carryout a double butter burger deluxe basket. It took about 10min which is fine, I expect a little wait at Culvers. I got my food and got on the road, but my burger was only a single, and it was room temperature not hot at all. So, it must have been sitting out quite some time. I thought it was being made fresh for me, but that was not the case. I was already heading north and didnt have time to turn around and get a fresh one. If you’re stopping here for food on the go, make sure they did it right and fresh before you leave

For fast food, you can’t beat it. The burger is exceptional. The codfish was excellent and service is always fast. And everything was correct.

Is the quality going down?, or was this just an off day. Fries were cold and mushy. Asked for extra onions, received 1 small ring the size of a dollar coin.

Do not do mobile orders. It’s like these people are snails. Waited 30 minutes only for them to not give me my order but I had to go in, then this lady made me a new one. I wont say much but it looked absolutely terrible. I would give this experience a 0/10 if I could.

Waited 15 minutes for my burger, fries and shake. Got back on the road with a melted shake and, much to my surprise, freaking chicken fingers. No burger. This location gives Culver’s a bad rap. Avoid at all cost.
