I had the fish sandwich finally. It was good but a bit messy because it got soft ready fast but the flavor was good. I will try it again but put some napkins in the box to absorb the moisture it naturally puts off in the box they provide.

It would be really great if the employees cared more about getting orders right than laying across the bagging counter chatting with the kitchen staff. Walked in around 8pm and a group of employees were gathered around the kitchen window. One turned around around to take our order while the others just chatted, one girl was laying across the counter getting her hair on everything. While waiting, another customer brought up his food which was made incorrectly and the employee behind the counter just laughed at the mistake shouting “ay yo who did this!” When our 3 mixers were brought out the employee didnt know which was which and 2 ended up being made wrong anyway. The last 3 times I’ve been this location my order was wrong.

Last 3 times they forgot something in my meal. The last 2 times, the coleslaw in big letter on the receipt they didn’t include it in the 15.00 meal 3 piece fish meal…

Cambridge Location- The staff was nice going through the drive thru, but lacked actually providing the order correctly together. Receipt said was correct, not sure how ordering a spicy Chicken sandwich with prezel bites turned into Butter Burger with a side of Cheese Curds. For $20 meal only thing that was right was the Sprite and the Mixer….

I swung by Culver’s, hyped for a buttery burger, but their “pull-over” service was a letdown. You park, wait, and car hoppers trudge out with your order, no drive-thru speed. Worse, no roller skates! I expected retro flair, not sneakers slogging across the lot. The food, though? Pure bliss—juicy burgers and creamy custard that almost made me forget the hassle. My kids loved the fries but griped about the wait. It’s tasty, but swap those dull walks for some wheeled pizzazz.

My wife and I love Culver’s. But this Culver’s is always so dirty. The windows are filthy with smudges from mouth of children, the tables are dirty, the floors are littered. No one goes around and cleans up. I get no one get everything, but it’s only this Culver’s. We were at this Culver’s in July and left the same review and commented on the flys when the friendly staff were asking for reviews (they gave out some slip and you scanned it to leave a review- it’s was left there) a few months later and nothing has changed. The flies are still present and it’s still gross.

Good service and atmosphere. Food was good. But their prices have gone up quite a bit. This is a $19 order. A double deluxe bacon combo and 2 scoop vanilla custard with strawberry topping. Good. But not $19 good. Can go to a sit down restaurant and get twice the burger and fries for less. Can go to raising cane’s and get twice the food for $19. Just kind of surprised it’s gotten that expensive since I was last there a few months ago

Love Culver’s even more! My teenage kiddo was eyeing one of the cheese curd stuffed animals that you earn with the kids meal and the manager handed it to her! Totally made her day!! It’s the little things in life that matter and she’ll remember that moment for the rest of her life I bet! ✨️ and just so you know the cheese curds are name Curdis(like curtis) and Goldy ❤️
