Just came to the drive-through got back to my hotel. My Powerade is a water the chili cheese fries have barely any cheese on them and the lady that dropped my food off at my window for Carol left. She was there. I don’t usually complain or anything else but it just doesn’t feel like what Culver’s Used to be.

I don’t know that I’ve ever had a bad experience at Culver’s. At least not a super negative one but nine times out of 10. It’s everything I wanted it to be. I love getting the cheeseburger kids meal everything on it and I get my ice cream right away and it’s a great value and a perfect dinner. I like to get some extra mayo for the fries. It might be un American not till like Culver’s. I just have to limit my visits because I wanna try to stay healthy. But it is a really great treat.

Love Culvers, decent food. Always enough worker’s that take time to prepare your food correctly. Unlike the place right down the road, that tastes like cardboard. Culvers supports Wisconsin farmers, so I support them. Thanks guys

No reason there should be shredded lettuce on a plain cheeseburger and there’s also ketchup on it.

Very unsanitary for there to be other things on my food, and this is mixed food, which I did not have on my order. Who know I could have been allergic to it.
There is a reason why I ordered a plain with nothing on it because I wanted nothing but the cheeseburger.
This is also known as cross food contamination very very unsanitary.

On our drive to this Culver’s location my boyfriend was trying to place a mobile order for take out. He got this 20% off coupon that popped up while he was checking out and added it to our total. When he was trying to pay the app just kept saying “unauthorized token” or something along those lines. After our 15 minute drive of trying we made it to the location and just decided to go in and place it in person and ask if they maybe knew why it was going through. The team member went to get his shift lead who wasn’t sure and went to get their manager Garret. Garret was sure either after looking at it but was willing to try and see if he could have the system give it to us on his end and he was! Garrets guest service was great, and we were very appreciative of his willingness to go above and beyond!! We love Culver’s for this reason and will keep returning!

I had to change my 5 star review down to 1 star because I went to get dinner last night from this location and within a couple of hours, I started experiencing pretty bad food poisoning symptoms. At the time of this writing, the next day at lunchtime..I still can’t leave the house. I have to stay near a bathroom.

They were busy, there was a line. Everyone was polite and Everyone knew their own job. I was in and out with what I ordered in a exceptional amount of time concerning the number of people ahead of me and drive through orders as well. Clean and bright atmosphere.

The service was fantastic, it was one minute until closing time, they took our order without any problems. Thier kindness & consideration was refreshing we had been on the road traveling for so long already, myself & young son, with another 3 1/2 hours of driving to go. I was so worried they would turn us away or say it was to late to order food, but we received our order with smiles & perfect customer service. It really was unbelievable. I haven’t received service like that in a very long time. They should be proud of their closing crew Sunday night June 14th 2020! Thank you for the Great service!
