Sorry to say but this location can never get my order right. I order the cod sandwich they gave me one piece of cod and a bread roll. I ordered onion rings and they gave me fries. $16.12 that’s a lot of $ for one piece of fish. I will never go back.

I must honestly say… 2 people… 2 double deluxe burgers….2 salted caramel pumpkin mixers and a order of pretzel bites… $37….really?? $37….what a rip-off…My food was salty as hell… Salty to the point of not being able to eat it… My mixers were mixed like half-ass… It was one of the most disappointing meals ever at a Culver’s… Between the price and quality of the food…. That will be the last time I spend my hard earned money on some garbage like that

This is by-far one of the best Culvers!! Food is always hot and fresh, made with care!! All midwesterners love Culvers. Kids meal chicken tenders with fries and then the scoopie cone is the perfect lunch or dinner!

This location is pretty decent. Sometimes drive thru is slow but often moves fairly quick. The whole place is really busy most times of the day. Service is generally good. They don’t always ask if you want to order custard right away with kid’s meals in the drive thru so I have forgotten to ask for it before. Ordering for pickup is easy on their website but confusing on where to go for pickup.

I love their food, but the price is always so expensive. Fast food shouldn’t be the same price as dining in a restaurant. My favorite and I recommend the strawberry banana smoothie. Tastes like real fruit and isn’t too costly for a shake type drink.

Went through the drive thru. I had to correct the worker on multiple things as we were ordering. The stuff being typed in wasn’t at all what we were ordering. Got up to the window, after ordering 2 diet cokes with our meals and received sprite instead. We get our food and realize the 2 sides of signature sauce we ordered were punched in as raspberry vinaigrette. So I parked and walked inside to get the right sauces. Then we get home and my fiancée’s burger was wrong. She got a single butter burger (no cheese) with ketchup and extra pickles and of course, the burger had cheese and literally one singular pickle on it. The sodas also tasted horribly I’m not sure what’s going on with that. It’s been like that the last few times we’ve gone.
I never write these reviews, but this location has been going downhill for months now in my opinion so I figured it needed to be addressed. As well as what I said about the soda, sauces are being mixed up or forgotten and we have to constantly correct the drive thru workers on what we ordered. The last time we went, my fiancée’s sandwich was completely wrong as well. I understand mistakes happen, but we haven’t had a good experience at this particular Culver’s in quite some time. We will be taking our business to the other locations from now on.
