This Culvers is clean and has great service. They have excellent butter burgers which are of the smashed burger variety. Accordingly, they have that trademark hard sear. If you get a triple, or at least a double, it compensates nicely for not getting a thicker, medium rare, patty like you might prepare yourself. The onion rings are great, and I tried the buttery pretzel bites again and liked them even more than last time. Plus, they have sizable cups for ketchup. One was plenty for my meal, but I saw a dude with three of them on his table. Holy jeepers…

Went through the drive through for a cheeseburger and fries. Food was hot but they did not provide any napkins and I didn’t have any in my car. That’s complete laziness and poor customer service

Culver’s is our go to for fast food. Their buildings are always clean and you get what you pay for.
They offer work to people with disabilities (which is really cool), so we have had our orders messed up, but they are very easy to work with and they always fix it.
And of course, their frozen custard is second to none and amazing year-round:)
