I loved the freshness & deliciousness of the food as well as the speedy service by the takeout guy. He literally came running out the door to my vehicle with the food!! Bravo! He is ALL in and deserves a promo for his enthusiasm! He even said “Out speedy for you!” This was awesome. I dont know if its because its Wisconsin, and Im used to slow and subpar experience at Illinois Culver’s. Anyway the cheese tasted much better than Im used to, and the bacon cheeseburger had much more flavor, as if it was seasoned differently. I had to eat on the go, as I was roadtripping, so sorry these photos are nothing like my normal photos. Anyway, if Im in the area again, Ill stop by! Maybe by then the takeout boy will be manager Keep up the great work!

If there’s anyone I could speak to about the manager who worked there on February 14th who started their shift at 2pm, that would be lovely.
We could not enjoy our meal at all because of her yelling and barking demeaning orders at the other employees and VERY loudly talking about work schedules and work drama. For someone who wasn’t doing much except gossiping, she sure had a lot of menial demands for everyone else. It was so unprofessional and absolutely appalling behavior.
I have never had such poor experience at Culver’s until now and it was enough to make me not want to go back until something is resolved.
I didn’t tell her to be quieter and just overall nicer to the other employees because I was worried that I would be the next innocent victim who gets yelled at.
Please reach out to me so I can give more details. I really don’t want to see this Culver’s ruined by one incompetent employee.

Been here several times and the staff never fails to mess up my order even on drive thrus all the time. Just went drive thru and had the driest patty today with the butterburger cheese the works but not a single cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard, and ketchup was in my butter burger. I also ordered rootbeer and they gave me the most tasteless unsweetened tea i’ve ever had in my life.

I had my boyfriend go grab some burgers and curds (spent $50 on 3 meals) they added cheese but forgot my extra pickles (I’m 7 months pregnant!!!!!) this has happened every single time I’ve used drive-thru or ordered online with Sparta Culver’s. I spoke with the manager about my issues and elaborated on how even when I don’t order the deluxe this happens. She interrupted me mid conversation 2 times to repeat herself and was very rude!!!!!! I have cravings for Culver’s burgers and that will be the only reason if I ever return to this location. That manager should NOT be a manager and clearly has the brain capacity of a 3 year old child that had a toy stolen from them. ♀️

Nothing is more of a Midwest staple like Culver’s. Butterburger…make it a double. Crinkle fries and cheese curds, yes please. Don’t forgot to try the pretzel bites because when a 9 year old says there “fire” then you know its good.

I never went into a fast food where people dress so professional. From the counter to my belly the food was delicious it was hard to choose from the various options. The building was clean from the inside out. My order was correct everything on point.
