I’ve never seen a thinner burger patty in my entire life. I had to take a picture of it as proof and reminder. The tomato slice was double the thickness.. A veggie burger has almost as much beef. Reminds me of the really old Wendy’s ads.. “Where’s the beef?” They raise their prices and squeeze the beef.. Culver’s, I’m out..

There was no bacon, no blue cheese!
You charge $8.95 for a 260 calorie salad???? For real? For this price I can do at 3 salads with all ingredients you claim you use but do not put in?

I had ordered the Bacon Deluxe and when I got it I was where’s the beef?? That patty was so thin and when assembled it was half way off the bun, like it was just thrown on to make the sandwich! Very disappointed!

I just recently graduated the local tech college in rapids, but this place kept me thriving. Most of my lunch breaks I ended up stopping by for at least ice cream/custard (which was made fast and tasted phenomenal). They have a great variety of food and give plenty of dietary options that aren’t disgusting. Their food is amazing and I can say that this place fueled my soul through every grueling 10 hour day and half hour to 45 minute lunch during my program. The staff provides exceptional customer service. The workers I most had contact with were James and Elizabeth (as well as a shoutout to the rest of the staff), and they were the most friendly and bright people I’ve met in a while. They were always bubbly and polite, very patient as I tend to run a bit on the slower side. Not your typical fast food place, but more-so tasty food to fuel the soul. 10/10 recommend. I’ll miss not stopping by this place as often.

I go to Culver’s almost weekly with friends after church. We love it! The food is great, the staff are friendly, and their cheese curds… There are so many great flavors of custard too. I have never had an issue and I will keep coming back.
