Me and my friends come here every Friday after work. They are always nice, welcoming and never upset we are here. We love when we see the same people every Friday especially Daniel. His face is nice to see because he is the nice one out of all of them! Love this place!

Went to order my usual Strawberry Lemon Ice in a dish. The person at the drive thru counter, named Alec, handed me a cooler. I politely told her that I ordered it in a dish. She started arguing with me and said “That is usually how people order them.” She then continued saying how they are both the same thing and kept trying to say that I was wrong. Even though I had three witnesses that heard me order it in a dish. Was totally disgusted with how rude and argumentative this worker was acting. She needs to be taught what great customer service is all about. I left feeling frustrated and upset.

Lots of seating, self serve beverage fountain, curb side service, drive thru, custard excellent food, reasonable priced, quick service, plenty of parking, out door seating, food made to order. Clean bathrooms and dining areas.

Food here is great, my family almost always chooses this place to eat when in town. I’ve never had a bad experience here so nothing bad to say, probably the best fast food you will find. I always get the Bacon Deluxe with cheese curds, it’s my favorite.

It’s a rainy day, and I’m visiting a friend in the hospital. This Culver’s doesn’t have entryway rugs (apparently they only have them in the winter?) and it was getting pretty slippery. I asked about and was told they only have rugs in the winter for some reason, and they were good and put out a wet floor sign. I just worry it’s dangerous for people in general, let along people who might be going there that have walkers, canes, etc. For reference I was wearing hiking sandals and still focused on how I was walking because I was nervous about the floors.
