First time at Culver’s and I definitely enjoyed the super nice Wisconsinites making me feel welcome. The menu is great and far more interesting than most. The burgers were fresh & excellent, however, I think In N’ Out still has the burger crown!

I get food here all the time. I have been for years. Lately I’ve noticed the food I get from here is very badly made. This has never been a problem in the past. The people working in the kitchen I feel are lazy and need stricter management. Culver’s is going down hill and they should do something before more people go to other food chains like FREDDYS FROZEN CUSTARD. I’ll be traveling to the east side of town for that instead of Culver’s because I don’t want bad food. I’m fat and spend a lot of my money eating out .. sorry Culver’s I’m out.

Anytime I come to this Culver’s I’m always greeted with great service every single time. I’ve only ever had 1 issue with receiving the wrong food but I went in and told them, and they apologized immediately and resolved the issue. They also gave me some free cheese curds for the mistake so that was a bonus!

Food was great! Employees were polite and helpful. We were visiting from out of state and couldnt believe how inexpensive this place is compared to our burger joints in WA state. Zero complaints. Def recommend getting a concrete mixer!

First time at Culver’s. It was Great! The burgers were fresh and juicy and more importantly delicious. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. One way to describe it. The perfect fry. The ice cream was definitely the star of the show. Very creamy and delicious. The staff was nice and the food came fast. Thank You to the staff from Culver’s for making our experience at your restaurant perfect. We will definitely be coming back again.

NEVER gets the food right. I got Culver’s just now and was missing both a soda and my fries. The last three times I went, they kept messing up my burger. I would ask for a plain burger and instead got one with mayo and pretty much everything else on it, and the others, mustard. you’re better off getting food at any other Culver’s

I had a to go order. I waited 10 minutes. That was fine. What wasn’t fine was they got my 3 custard ready first, and they sat on the counter the whole time. This isn’t the first time I have left there with melted custard!! It happens almost every time. Some days it is so bad I have to get a new custard. Also, I’ve noticed that the area around the soda fountains is always dirty, and the garbage is always full. We get Culvers every Sunday for our grandchildren. We almost always go inside and order to go.

Wouldnt normally go to write a review but went through drivethrough and the server at the window complained about us asking for ketchup packets for our meals. Server said she would have them put packets in our bag. And we still ended uo having to go into the restaurant to get our own ketchup cause they didnt add any.

I ordered a shrimp basket and they gave me the basket in a dinner box, not only this but I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and had to watch people who ordered after me get their food. All they could offer was a pint of custard and when I tried to call to make a complaint they hung up on me. I also found a blue particle of their gloves they wore on my shrimp. I also ordered a large fry but they gave me what looked like a medium fry.

I ordered a double scoop of chocolate custard here. Not only was it the smallest double scoop I’ve ever gotten from any Culver’s location but I was very disappointed to see that there was no custard inside the cone, just two very small scoops sitting on top the cone. If you’re a custard lover like me your money is better spent at a different location!
