I’ve been there now over a hand full of times. I love Culver’s and love how they get younger people in to get them on the right work ethic and being personable.
This one particular unfortunately needs a lot of help with the expediting of the food and the management of the employees.
Today was kinda the last straw for me to not review. Got a drive through around 4:30pm, only two other cars waiting on food. Ordered a Single Deluxe no Tomatoe EZ Mayo, and a side of curds. Well I got home and it was a bacon cheeseburger with mayo tomato and ketchup. I ate it, it wasn’t worth going back for, but Culver’s is the one place I feel like can go and everything is always right and amazing. Again no disrespect to the employees or the management. I’m just making this aware, this isn’t the first time. And I’ve been inside and witnessed a couple other things I wanted to talk to a manager about but was too busy.

Looks like the new restaurant and good location. Food is good as usually. Service is good . Normal Wisconsin Culver’s . I only had one question- how they do the famous burger with melted cheese or not melted cheese . Unfortunately that course a bit of confusion in the store . They were not sure . So at the end nobody asked me how I like it !!! Costumer service mean to serve to your needs . But fast food is same for everyone… wish people have bigger standards for food …

I’m sure they’ll improve, but I visited this location yesterday and it was a struggle. Long wait in the drive thru yesterday with no sign of movement. The order taker wasn’t asking enough questions, which resulted in inaccurate orders. Questions such as “what do you want for your drink?” or “everything on the burger?” weren’t asked when ordering value baskets. Items were left out from the bag when we finally got our food. Went back inside to get the missing items, and when I got the item, I found that was incorrect too. This is a new location, so I’m confident they’ll find their groove, but this was a rough visit.

Store looks brand new and clean but I went there 15 minutes before close ordered a butter burger basket and a pumpkin shake and i got old Patty’s and unmelted cheese the patty was warm but dry like it had be reheated and my pumpkin shake had maybe 1/5 of a scoop of pumpkin its literally white and taste of no pumpkin

Absolutely amazing team and management the food is always amazing. Definitely recommend. One of the managers named Brian and one of the team members named Nicole are amazing to see work together they definitely demonstrate what working as a team is in its entirety.

I usually enjoy Culver’s, but my recent visit was very frustrating. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I let them know right away that I had two separate orders. After that, I was asked to hold on and ended up waiting at least five minutes before being able to order. Once I started ordering, it seemed like the employee was confused by what I was asking for: two chicken tender kids’ meals (one with a cheese curd upgrade) and two short ice cream orders.
After finally getting the order in, it took about 10-15 minutes to receive our food. When I got home, I realized multiple mistakes had been made. I paid for the cheese curd upgrade but received fries instead, I was given BBQ sauce instead of ranch, and my drink had ice even though I asked for no ice. On top of that, my concrete mixer (chocolate custard with Reese’s peanut butter cups) didn’t have any Reese’s in it at all. I went back the next day and told them the situation and they said they needed a receipt or they couldn’t do anything for me. I threw my receipt away with the bag because it’s stapled to it and I didn’t think of it. So I ordered what I originally wanted and then they made it wrong again.
Overall, this visit was very disappointing with long waits, confusion at ordering, and several mistakes in what I received. I hope this location can work on accuracy and communication because the quality of the food is usually worth the trip when the order is done correctly; not this time.
