Culver’s in Mauston is a great place to go with family. The food is delicious and always fresh. I highly recommend the Culver’s Bacon Deluxe with double meat, the cheese curds, and the shakes—they never disappoint.
The service is good, although this time the food took a bit longer than usual, probably because there were a lot of people. Still, it was a pleasant experience, and it’s always nice to come back.

In NO universe does anyone want your nasty chili cheese fries. When someone orders “cheese fries” they mean cheese fries. If someone WANTED chili cheese fries they would go “can I have Chili Cheese Fries?” STOP GIVING PEOPLE CHILI CHEESE FRIES WHEN THEY DONT ASK FOR IT, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. This happens Every. SINGLE. I just had several teeth extracted so ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Went back to get an extra side of gravy for the potatoes and was charged for the gravy. Went back to the counter and order sundaes for desert as well as an additional tarter sauce for the three piece cod dinner that my husband was having. I asked the clerk for a side of gravy to take home with the mashed potatoes for later. I assumed that was included in the almost 17.00 for Sundays however a young lady came to our table and informed me that I had not paid for the gravy and would have to come back up to the counter to order and pay for the gravy. I am wondering if Culver’s ever heard about give them the pickle and customer satisfaction. I will never stop at the Mauston Culver’s again. Absolutely poor customer service.

Since I won’t be traveling this way for quite a while, there’s no sense in taking a survey, writing down a number just to get a small discount. I ordered a single mushroom and Swiss-no bun!- and it came ice cold with a slab of cheese on it. Then, we couldn’t even collect points because Culver’s can’t get their act together for a rewards program.

We just had the worst hamburgers of our life! The patties were burnt and so thin that the cheese squeeze through the patties. I ordered a single and my husband ordered a double and it was so salty and disgusting we could not eat them for fear of getting sick. Culver’s is usually great and we normally go to Culver’s on our trips to MN but this location was soooo bad I had to report it. I wish we were eating inside because I would have rejected it and brought it back to the kitchen. We were so disappointed. How could ANYONE put these patties on a bun and serve to people?

Mushroom and Swiss Butterburger for the win. The line was very long but the kids working really got the orders out quickly. Clean dining area where I saw employees actively cleaning. Prices were average. Employees were friendly. Great stop to have a quick experience away from standard fast food.

Had the chicken fingers basket…The BEST chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Crispy on outside-chicken was tender on inside. And…fries were fresh and perfection. I will definitely have them again!
