Culver’s is a Wisconsin staple and almost always a great place to stop. Of course always busy, which can be unfortunate sometimes, if you’re really in a hurry. Since it’s all made fresh and to order it takes time if it’s packed and this particular location has logistical issues if you want to use the drive thru option, especially at lunch time. It also makes for special parking issues at lunch time, especially if you park before lunch rush and find that you can’t back out because you’re blocked in by the drive thru traffic. But the food is great, most of the staff is friendly, and it’s usually kept clean.

PLEASE TRAIN THAT STAFF TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOMER PICKUP AND DELIVERY ORDERS
I picked up my UberEats order about 20 minutes after the ready time, and the lady handing me the food was really rude, questioning why I was “so late.”
When she realized it was my own order and I wasn’t a delivery driver, she knew she was wrong and just walked away.
It felt disrespectful and honestly says a lot about how she must treat delivery drivers too.

Very popular eatery offering their famous Butter Burgers & Custard. You need to experience these at least once in your lifetime. Location is easily visible, with ample parking. Bathrooms are clean. Employees are very friendly and courteous. Food is hot, fresh and good. They offer a custard of the day as well as vanilla & chocolate. Large screen TVs play sporting events.

I made a purchase through Uber Eats for Culvers for the first time. After placing the order, I called Culvers right away to see if my order could be released to my boyfriend. I was told no. So I told the person on the phone to cancel the order, I didn’t want the kitchen to make the food. I also canceled the order on my app. I am not sure whose policy it is, Culvers or Uber BUT my $28 will not be refunded. I will not be using either business again, nor will I recommend them.

Yet another restaurant suffering from shrinkflation of the food they serve you. Also, if you ask for any customization of your food, make sure your check it before pulling away from the drive-thru because they routinely will get your order wrong.

First experience at Culver’s. Food was as expected for this type of place. For Wisconsin I had hoped the cheese curds were much better but they were decent. Burger and Rueben was delicious. Cement mixers and such were delicious as well. I enjoyed the curdside pickup.
