received my order confirmation at 7:44pm for curbside pickup. this means they make your food and bring it out. i waited until 8pm and still no service. the staff saw me sitting while they made multiple handoffs to cars that pulled up after I did. mine you, I said I’m HERE at 744pm. I had to stop one of their workers to get them to go and check on the meal. only for them to bring out not fresh food. the small man that came outside acted as if he was upset about my non-satisfaction with their service. He never said hello. he just said “what’s wrong with the food” as if he was mad he had to come outside. Sir, just drop another batch and keep your customers happy. or get out of the industry of food. That’s how you avoid these not so good reviews. 3 stars because it’s Still Culvers and the company is great. you always take a risk on people though so, I get it. do better

Ordered curbside and arrived 5 minutes after placing the order. Drive back home which is less than 5 minutes and I bite into my burger and it’s cold and dry as if it had been sitting out for awhile. And the concrete mixer I got was the wrong flavor. I’m not sure why everyone likes this place so much

Not much decor or lack of a homey or warmth feeling when entering. Cashiers seemed confused of what to do when customers are already helped. They just stared with blank smiles awkwardly while I waited for the food for 10 minutes. Food was 4 out of 5. Needs seasoning. LMFAO and the custard makes it’s self I’m not gonna applaud a machine.

Got a water cup and filled it less than half with a soft drink as I didn’t want to waste a nice cup. Got harassed by the employees and got my not even half filled cup taken away from me. Use to live going here, spend so much money every week here but the service and quality has gone down.

I legit got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever got in my life from their chicken tenders. Culvers is the last place I would expect to get food poisoning from but, here we are. I’ve been there so many times and never had an issue so I’m not sure what happened. Make sure you cook your stuff thoroughly and wash your hands properly. I hope no one else had to experience this.

I host a monthly event and will usually come here afterwards about an hour before close. I’ll get a burger and share a curds with my partner. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Last time someone even remembered to bring us stirrers when I picked up coffees at the register.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats twice. I did not get my full order either time. Uber blames Culvers, Culvers blames Uber. Neither business will give me a full refund for the missing items. Once might be an accident but twice feels like a scam. They can take your money and point the finger at someone else for the mistake to sidestep any sort of accountability.
