Located near downtown Verona.
Team members are friendly.
The lobby/seating area is clean.

I consistently choose the Verona Culver’s location over others purely because of their stellar employee, Rafa. Over time, he has become like a close friend to my family and me just from saying hello and having friendly conversations each time we visit. On top of that, the food is always fresh, accurate, and delicious. Rafa truly adds to the entire experience and is such a valuable part of this location.

This Culver’s is pretty good, but not the best one in the area. The staff does a nice job of keeping things moving, and they usually get food out quickly, even when it’s busy. I like how they make the most of the space they have here.
I’ve never had a wrong order at this location, which I can’t always say about other Culver’s nearby like Mount Horeb. While it may not stand out as the very best, it’s still solid and dependable.

True to its reputation, our dining experience at Culvers was great. I was visiting Verona from Philly for business and stopped by Culvers to have diadd-ons. I ordered a value basket thag consisted of Harvest veggie burger, crinkle cut fries and mini concrete mixer with fruits and nuts as addons. Everything was so fresh, tasty and customizable.Good on the stomach and pocket. We went back on the second evening and had dinner again.The service was quick inspite of being very crowded with a Halloween event. Would recommend anyone going to Verona to try it out atleast once, especially for frozen custard.

Food was great, but the lady working the drive through was super rude. She got annoyed when I wanted to change the toppings on my burger, and then said “ok see you at the window” after I had ordered 1 thing without waiting to hear the rest of my order. I took like 45 seconds total to order and she acted like I was wasting her time.

Two drive through orders in a row that they messed up. First time, failed to give us cheese curds. Second time, no salad dressing. Called about the salad and was offered a coupon for a concrete mixer. I asked for a refund on the salad and was told the owners Adam and Jami Porter don’t let them refund orders messed up in their drive through over the phone. Manager got a bit rude when I refused the concrete mixer as a way to correct having to eat a dry salad. The Culver’s in Verona needs better management and perhaps better owners.

I’ve been going to Culver’s for frozen custard since before it was a chain. Wisconsin pride was lost at Culver’s Verona. I’m not sure what part of frozen was lost in definition by this particular restaurant. Don’t go through the drive thru for a cone unless you want the contents running from their window all the way into your car. Two days in a row, and you’ll get a deserved review like this one.

I was recommended that Culver’s is how Wisconsin ice cream tastes, we went to try the chocolate ice cream and the flavor of the day which at that time was caramel, the truth is that their ice cream tastes horrible, it tastes nothing like chocolate, it only tastes like sugar and the caramel tastes the same as chocolate ice cream, I do not recommend these ice creams at all.
