Ordered a cod sandwich basket on sourdough bread with fries. Apparently the curds are nearly $5 and dipping sauce does not come with it. So, of course I ordered fries instead. Atleast I get free ketchup. This is the first Culvers ever I was disappointed with. I was hungry after work and although the food was decent I was not satisfied and regretted eating it, instead of returning it. This is an extremely small town. Overcharging and providing lower quality products should never be an option. I will never return. This building should not deceive its customers with the name, “Culvers”, on its building.

My butter burger was nothing like the pictures you advertise nothing but a thin burger and a bun….what is this….I had cheese added was proceesed thin slice…this is WISC. I would like real cheese.I wanted my money’s worth when I stopped in or I don’t come back. You don’t even print on the receipt what I paid for that expensive …cheap..burger.

My wife and I ordered a double bacon basket for our handicap son we told them Ketup and bacon only with fries and Dr pepper. When we got home they put all the condiments on it. When I called the store Briana answered and told her the situation that it was made wrong. We ordered Ketup and bacon only. We’ll she started arguing with me say I should have ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. I told her it’s smaller and he wanted the the deluxe only Ketup. She kept arguing with me so I hung up. She did say I’ll put you down for a free double cheeseburger. She took my name. I call the next day spoke to oliva and later to the rgm michelle and she said the samething I should have ordered the double baconcheese burger. Than I told her my son is covered under the ADA because he’s handicapped and she didnt care about it. Said they DO NOT make Double bacon deluxe special for anyone no matter the circumstances. Loss my business at all culvers!

My dad ordered a bacon double deluxe after 9pm 01/16/2026 and ASKED for nothing except ketchup and bacon only; they gave him everything that comes on it. This was for my little brother, who is not only allergic to lettuce but also has AFRID and is also nonverbally autistic. When my dad called this restaurant last night and this morning, he was met with rude managers (Briana and Oliva) that told him next time to “order a bacon cheeseburger”, I worked at THE CORPORATE location in Sauk City; you make the order how the customer asks, and when you mess up, YOU FIX IT. Franchise or corporate, you fix it. You also don’t tell a customer how to order their damn food.

It sucks, because I love culvers when it’s good, but when it’s bad it makes me not want to go back. They are very inconsistent, and for those extra dollars you should get it right! I get people aren’t perfect but every other time I go something is wrong.

My food didnt come complete, I got the fish and chips, and only got one piece, when it was supposed to have two. It looks almost as if someone took the other piece out. Other items were also missing. Thats my reason for one star.

Discovered this Culvers location while driving through the area in between plays at American Players Theatre. The first thing I noticed when entering the Richland Center Culvers was how clean this store is. Including the bathrooms. On our first time here back in June there was an employee by the name of Mary who cleaned each table after each use and also wiped down the chairs and booth seats as well. She was also vacuuming under the tables. There was not a dirty table in the whole restaurant. We commented to her about the great job she was doing. As we were leaving she was making sure the condiment area was clean as well. In most stores this area is always dirty with ketchup spots and sticky counters. But not at the Richland Center location. When we stopped in again this past weekend, we could instantly tell the cleaning standards here are a high priority. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Will definitely make this our go to Culvers the next time we are in the area.
